We were seated quickly and served ever so slowly. The food was average and the terrible service ruined the evening!! Maybe it was a bad night probably the awful server. I hate to throw this kid under the bus but he was ill equipped to serve tables. Food was presented well when it got there. Don't be in a hurry when you go. I would go somewhere else.
I won’t be going back here. It is an “All you can eat” kind of like a Paula Deens restaurant. I ordered the Hibachi Chicken plate. I ended up getting full and not finishing my plate. I did NOT ask for a second plate nor was I brought additional food. When it came time for my check she said that I have to pay the regular $15.99 for my ONE plate of food (which I was fine with - they don’t list prices on their menu) but I’d also be charged an additional $3.00 because I didn’t finish my food? What kind of place is this? I told them that I was not going to pay that and she said ”they’d remove it this one time”. I paid $16 for my food if I wanted to leave every single bit of it there on the table I can do that bc I PAID for it. I would 100% understand if I asked for extra servings and then didn’t eat those. But that’s not what happened here.
Server was awful, even though he appeared to be writing things down he couldn't remember what we ordered. Had to ask for drinks multiple times and never got a water after asking for one. He never brought me half the food I ordered, even though I repeated it twice for him and told him again when we asked where it was. He then incorrectly entered my mother's food who ordered off the regular menu, so she got a smaller portion than she should have received amd had to have him adjust the bill. Very disappointing as this was my birthday dinner. If we come back, we won't sit in the back room again, but I can assure you it won't be anytime soon.
Stellar Sushi and Sashimi! The food was amazing and our server Esmeralda was so attentive and polite. We sampled many things on the menu and none was short of excellent. If you love Japanese food, this is the place for you and the all you can eat option is an added and easily affordable bonus!
When it says ALL YOU CAN EAT, they are not playing around. Most important rule: if you order a dish with Rice, You Have To Eat The Rice. If not you will get charged for every rice left added on top of the meal price. Trust me it adds up if you do that. Anyhoo the service was fantastic and efficient machine when bringing plates to your table. Now to the best part, the food ?. Awesomesauce ? about covers it ?!!!
First time here- wasn’t expecting this place to be so huge inside. Very nice dining area and they were packed for lunch. The pork dumplings were fried to crispy perfection, and the vocano roll was out of this world! Our waiter was excellent and attentive. Will be back! Cheers!
Really great service and quality sushi! I ordered mine for pickup on for late (10pm) dinner and got a variety of veggie and fresh fish options. the tuna was very tasty and the avocado was green and delicious! I'll definitely go back to get some classic rolls!
