On Father's day I got taken here. Everything was going good till our food got brought out. My steak was not cooked all the way and was still frozen! My salmon was dryer than the California desert. You would think u couldn't mess up a steak or a salmon. Wrong! They messed up a Marti and a salad! By far the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. P.s. my 18 yr old daughter could of done a lot better! They need to hire a better cook that isn't so careless with their job. Someone that has more experience than some lowlife that doesn't care about people's food. The manager didn't come to the table and said sorry. We still had to pay for the food we didn't even eat!! What kind of establishment are they running????
I repeatedly order their cobbler dessert because it comes with two cobbler options & a scoop of ice cream which is always melted & they refused to replace ice cream with a extra scoop Of cobbler so much for customer appreciation. When ordering through door dash you already paying double the dessert price what is a extra scoop of cobbler if i order it almost twice a week. Sad
We came in after 8pm and had a party of 15 tonight. Kristen, the bartender on duty, and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing! Sooo nice. We didn’t feel rushed but our food came out timely and it was delicious!! She even offered dessert for our honorees!! Some of the best service we’ve ever had! We really appreciated the hospitality!! Thanks Again!!!
We actually missed our turn as we were going to another place. Saw this and said why not. It was great. Service and food were excellent. Glad we missed that turn. Talk about meant to be. Definitely recommend
Had order delivered great salads toppings were. Great Grilled chicken was hot and perfect as was the grilled Salmon toppings
I was drawn to ocharleys because of the kids eat free, well not anymore but we decided to eat anyhow . Food was delish , I had margaritas , He had Long Islands his were ok mine were great . Our server was amazing as well!!! Jasmine ? I was also happy with the price of six to eat .
I don’t think they serve anything that is eatable at this place. I ordered filet mignon; well done, and it is absolutely raw inside. That’s not the only raw thing. My baked potato was raw and I only received sour cream with it, no butter. Their sour cream tasted old and expired. Grilled asparagus was overcooked and tasted like wood sticks.
There was only one waiter when we went so we waited 5 ever. He did let us know upfront that he was the only one there so it was understably so. He really did try his best to keep everyone's drinks filled and dishes we were done with cleared off the table.
The food was great. Chicken tenders were some of the best we've had. The service was super slow. To be fair, it may have been a managerial situation but our waitress was also the bartender. Hubby waited forever for a draught beer and people who came quite some time after us received food way before us. Our food was not hot. So if you get a good waiter, you should be fine.
Let me tell you about our trip to the Dothan O’Charley’s. It was date night and Cory our server did not disappoint. We ordered Cedar Plank Salmon and Balsamic Glazed Grilled Chicken. Chris our chef, prepared our dishes with attention to detail and the ultimate flavor. The pictures below don’t do the taste of these dishes justice. My wife and I went on our first date to O’Charley’s 13 years ago and wasn’t disappointed then. Keep it up Cory and Chris!!!
