I love Newks but this location needs better management. The dining area is a complete mess. Half the tables needed to be bussed and it wasn’t even busy, maybe 3 customers including myself. No sweet tea at either drink station. The condiment bar is a complete mess with half of condiments completely empty. The staff are more worried about conversing rather than taking care of the customers. I get it to a certain point, but do it after everything is taken care of. Needs better management IMO.
The food is amazing here. Pizzas are my favorite over other places in Dothan. Sandwich’s are pretty good salads are also amazing. Worked here for a year and loved it as staff was friendly and niceThis is Carson to the management.
This location has been great for years, but the last year or so, it has gone done hill majorly. Maybe a bad manager or something, but not really sure the reason.Always a dirty dining room and inattentive staff. I haven’t posted this review the last few times thinking I just “caught” them at a bad time. No, this level of disgusting has become normal.
First time trying newks ...Ordered Chipotle Ceasar shrimp sandwich literally got bread lettuce and shrimp no Chipotle Ceasar sauce shrimp is dry not marinated in spicy cilantro and no Swiss cheese
Food was delicious. To me it's a little strange that the menu is at the door instead of were you order. Hope you have a better memory than I do if there's a line ?The food portions were definitely more than enough. The server was friendly as well
To be perfectly honest with yall I will never eat here again. The so called chicken was as dry as the turkey on national lampoons Christmas vacation where they cut the turkey. And my Daughter and my wife's meat was the same way. The service was alright but the food for the prices sucked. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone cause the food isn't worth the cost.
The service was excellent. The pizza dough was on the mark. The toppings were great. I had salad and pizza. Some people may want to ask for there salad Dressing on the side but I like it already on my salad. Price was good.
Second time carry out salad had bad lettuce. Not just a piece or two but full of rotted, slimy pieces that actually looked like cooked spinach. Inedible! No excuse for serving any food that is obviously rotten. Quality control is obviously not practiced at this location.
Nice place and a cool menu. I got a Philly and the flavor was fantastic! Only 4 stars because the sandwich had thick slices of cheese that hadn't melted fully. Normally that would be a 2-3 star thing but seriously the flavor was over the top!
Stopped in for lunch with a friend. We both had salads and they were wonderful - everything was crisp and fresh. The dressing was put on with a little bit of a heavy hand - I suggest ordering dressing on the side. And if you like some zing, order the lemon vinaigrette.
