Terrible service! It took forever and we couldn't get everything we wanted. Their Frappe machine was 'broken' and we couldn't have a refund. I do not recommend stopping here.
I came around closing time I had no problem until I realized that the person that was take the orders making my food and dropping fries at the same time while the manager was walking through the store playing on her phone and I was missing a 4 piece nugget for my son I didn't wanna turn around because I didn't wanna stress out the nice lad in the drive thru
I got the fish filet sandwich combo with a large diet coke. It was good. The sandwich needed a little more Tatar sauce. Fries were hot and fresh.
The drive thru I thought when the new building was being built with two lane drive thru's that it would be a lot quicker but I spent almost 20 minutes in line waiting for a big Mac and a large diet coke!
This has got to be the best mcdonalds in Abbeville alabama!! No way you cant agree. Its a really good mcdonalds. Fresh..clean...hot food. We like it!!
Do not stop here. The line was long and when we got to the second window, they asked us to wait at the 3rd window. Ok, fine. Then we watched as 5 cars passed us so I knocked on the window to ask to speak to someone and we were brought out our cold, bottom of the bag fries and chicken sandwich, with the chicken half the size of the bun and definitely from yesterday (see pic!). Disgusting. And of course no apology for waiting so long. Loads of other food options in the area to check out instead
Service slow- waited 20 minutes in the curbside after ordering on app. Then they forgot fries and had to wait 5 more minutes. Staff was friendly when delivered and apologizedGave them a second chance 5/23 - q15 minutes from time I paid to food not including time at drivethru speaker waiting to place order. Missing fries. Was given a medium half full instead of the 2 large fries ordered. Asked to speak to manager while waiting. Rushed to get away to just say they were short staffed. Everywhere is it doesn’t mean we can’t communicate
Their hamburgers mess my stomach up. But I do like their French fries. I can get anything but hamburgers.
I got a sausage egg & Cheese Mc muffin sandwich combo ask for medium coke with it and got a large one. It was good but the hash Brown was greasy and the sausage was also
My experience with.the drive thru was good, nice polite service food was hot. 4 stars bc no condiments or napkins
