Usually, you know what to expect from a well known fast food establishment like Mcdonalds. So, in that regard, I don't have any real complaints. However, this location has been slow when I was there. I think they're understaffed. Took me 45 minutes the other night to make it through the drive through. This was around midnight. It has been this way for at least the last few times I've been there. There was a line of cars and only one line to order in but 45 minutes and only 1 car back from the menu and speaker is a long time to wait.
Place was really clean. Looked like everyone was working hard, which is something I dont see much of in the fast food industry anymore. Food was good too. Everyone was nice a polite.
Ordered 2 coffees with two sugars and two creams with bothDrove a few miles on our trip and discovered that both coffees were black. Very disappointing.
Very simple order was incorrect and had to be fixed. All I ordered was a cheeseburger with no bun. Manager apologized and staff was polite. Bathroom was clean.
Wifi worked great, and so did the ice cream machine.
The dining room is still closed mid-2022. The drive through took about 30 minutes and there were not a lot of cars (maybe 3-5). The burger was dry, which is typical of McDonald's. The fries were ok.
Ordered a mcflurry then got an oreo one when I ordered a m&m, and on top of that they forgot my order and made me wait 20 mins. Horrible work ethic.
Fast food isn't Fast anymore. So slow need to hire more people. Food may have been hot when made, but cold by the time we got it. For $22 for 2 people expect a little better.
If They are short staff they have no other choice but to lock the lobby because if they dont itll be kinda hard to run to the front counter to ring you all up so to fix that they lock the doors and keep drive through open. Then if they are really really really busy they can stop ringing you all up to go do anything else at the moment we are supposed to get you all in and out as soon as possible and try our best no one is perfect and never will be. This is the busiest store so sometimes we may make mistakes but we will fix them always. Everyone makes mistakes.
Drive-Thru needs attention, but of course so does the management. I went through drive thru and got pulled up to wait for my biscuit and hashbrown. I waited 10 minutes then I decided to walk in….The guy at drive three gave my order to wrong pulled up car. Ok, accidents happen. No more biscuits, she told him, NoBODY every told me or asked me what I would like, and sorry. They continued to fill orders. Another 10 minutes, I say anyone care I haven’t received anything or a replacement??? Can I have a double cheeseburger and fry at this point???? She rings it in, and clears all orders in front of me…and never apologized a bit. Mind you I had already waited in the drive thru….the pull up line….then again inside.Being busy is one thing, but I expected when you realize you make a mistake and avoid being a manager and handling it!!! I had to speak up, for their mistake to get some food. Thanks!#McDonaldsFail
