It's McDonald's...... service is quick and correct but the food is super salty
The manager was arguing with the cashier and she threw several cups at him while he was taking my money. Very unprofessional!!
Love a nice burger and very good on the go but I'm going for more healthy options from better places
So I thought about getting breakfast today, and I decided to choose McDonald's. I ordered my food in the Drive-Thru and pull up to the window to pay. I show the girl who's working at the window my code to get my 20% off any purchase of $1 or more. ( Mind you, it's still like 645 AM so I obviously haven't used any codes yet). She tells me the code is invalid and to try reloading it again. So I refresh it and reload it, and she's still telling me that it is invalid. She doesn't even attempt to call a manager or try to figure out what's wrong. So now I've had to drive all the way down the road to Jack's.
People were driving away and the drive thru girl was just sitting down at the window and had an attitude. No receipt. Bad management but this is all over Dothan now
Friday night 2-4-22I bring my wife to this location and she asks if the nuggets (one of the more popular items.) are fresh. The young lady taking our order responds with “ I’m not sure I work up front, I don’t work in the back. You can order them well done if you want.” As she repeats my order back to me I mention she forgot something. As I say “ you forgot x sandwhich.” She responds with “ I got it now” if you don’t like your job find a new one. No one is forcing you to work here. Granted you may be forced to work here. But just because you’re miserable doesn’t mean you need to make other people miserable.
I was happy to find they were still open when I got there. Some stores are short staffed and have to either close early or having drive thru service.
Food was much better today than it was the last time. Everything was fresh and hot.
I had to wait almost an hour for an curbside online order and then got the wrong order. So disappointing ?
They arent always friendly but not ever rude. They are there to get things done. Usually the lady that takes the payments is much friendlier than the staff handing out the food but again I have never had them be rude. I have never had them mess up an order and they are pretty fast. I always like going to this location.
