This particular restaurant has the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever seen at a fast food place. Refused to adjust my order when the cashier forgot to put my coupon code in and proceeded to tell me to “Just go ahead and take it and never come back here”. When I went in to apologize to the sweet cashier, and give her the change difference, the manager stormed to the front hollering “Did she just throw that change at you?!” I was appalled. Terrible customer service and seems like the “manager” has let the title go to her head.

I loved my experience so friendly the workers were. Made me wanna come back. My favorite thing is still the grilled cheese & chocolate pie.

Stopped here on my way to my Grandmother's house and decided to surprise her and my Mom with their favorite sandwich. I ordered 7 fish fillets (1 was a meal). They were all cold with a dime size amount of tartar sauce. Did not feel like driving all the way back with gas being so high. Had to put them in the microwave to warm them up and realized that 3 was missing the half slice of cheese. The fries from the meal was half filled. Very disappointed. Don't play with people's food. You would not want anyone to play with yours. The joke wasn't funny. Ruined my surprise!
Needed a quick bite on the run -McDonald's was right on the way and had fast accurate service.
I couldn’t be more happy to finally leave a fast food restaurant a 5 star review. I came through the drive through this morning around 930 am.. the ladies at both windows were very pleasant and seemed to care about the customer. Great experience
Manager was rude would not give me what I ordered which was a special instead charged me individual price which was more. McDonald's not anymore I would rather not eat then to eat there.
Tell your employees to stop lying about the frappe machine and the ice cream machine. They need to stop being lazy. They're not hard to make and if they can't do their job, they shouldn't work there. If they don't want to do their job, they shouldn't work there. Y'all really don't deserve 1 star rating. There should be new managers that actually pay attention to what's going on. Corporate will get involved soon because I am calling Monday morning. I know for a fact y'all have been lying because after I left, I called up there and they said the machine was working. I worked at the one on Northside and literally saw one of my coworkers LYING to the customer saying the ice cream machine was broken. Y'all are pitiful. 01/07/2022Ordered kids meal and a 6 piece spicy nugget 02/11/21. Got to window, they didn't give me my nuggets so I was waiting and the cashier asked me what did I need and I told them I was waiting for my spicy nuggets. Had to show them the receipt as if I was lying and then they made me pull into a parking spot and wait. When they brought the nuggets I left and got down the road to eat one, the nuggets were barely warm and very hard. I kept calling and the phone was constantly busy. An hour later I got the manager on the phone, explained the situation and was told I would have to bring the nuggets back with the receipt. I live in ashford. I'm not driving all the way back up there, its flooding outside. With the covid19going on, they are not supposed to take food back anyway once its been handed to the customer. This isn't the only bad experience I have had. It is poor management on night shift and im done spending my money there. Everyone always look high and zoned out and the food is NEVER fresh. Nuggets are in the trash. Thanks for wasting my money.
They messed up and gave us somebody else's order in the drive-thru. Good thing we were going to eat outside since we were on the road and traveling with a dog. Had to take receipt back inside to get the order straightened out.
