Best pizza in the wiregrass and their chicken ceasers salad is above and beyond
Great tasting pizza and brownies. My only comment is that I ordered a thin crust and it was thinner then I expected. Will know for next time. Pizza was not cut in traditional manner of 8 or 6 slices.Brownies were warm, Chewy, and delicious. Delivery was timely and friendly. Will order again.
Very detailed in orders. When they say a time, set your watch to it. Reasonable prices. FANTASTIC taste.
I went in for a cahier interview the manager had called me gor the interview. She mad me come way down there to say she just needed drivers if i would have knew that i wouldn't have went cause i dont have license
Ordered a Pepperoni Melt to be delivered at 5PM after placing the order online at 3:45. I specifically wrote instructions on how to find our place. Even describing vehicle. We sat outside waiting as tracker said he was on his way. At 5:10 we watched him pull in to our neighborhood and immediately turned the wrong way! My instructions said go straight 4th place on the left so he turns right?We watched him drive through the entire neighborhood trying to wave and get his attention. Finally he came down our street. I asked why he didn't read the directions. His answer was "his fault". Pizza wasn't very warm- almost cold. Then we opened the box and what a disappointment. There was NO sauce on the pizza! Just extra cheese and Pepperoni. I called to ask if that's the way it is made and was told sauce is put on first. I explained there was no sauce and it was like bread with cheese and Pepperoni only. I told him that we'd never had a bad pizza from the Enterprise Marcos and that we'd never order from the Dothan location again. Sad.
They have one of the best pieces other than Domino's kinda on the pricey side the staff are very sweet and polite and it is a clean establishment the one I go to
Tonight we had our only bad experience ever at Marcos on East Main Street in Dothan, AL. Our pizza was not made correctly and we did not know until we got home. We have to drive 30 miles round trip to pickup pizza. One of our guests began to eat the wrong pizza we brought home. My husband called Marcos and explained the situation. We were told they are new employees and new manager. We were also told to bring the pizza back to let them see it. My husband took a picture of the pizza and it is obvious it was not the pizza we ordered. We expected to be told they would make it up to us on our next trip. We were not. This is the first time we’ve been disappointed since the store opened. Customer service should be better when they make a pizza incorrectly. Otherwise I would recommend this Marco’s.
Tried this pizza based on a friends recommendation. It tasted fine at first, but the crust tasted super weird - it tasted like whoever had made it recently went to a Gas station and didn’t wash their hands…the smell of Petroleum was all over it.What a strange review to post and not sure what that’s even all about, but I’m very disappointed. Had high hopes.
Good food, I had the build your own pizza bowl, and we got an extra pepperoni pizza ?. Good and friendly customer service
And to me Marco's has the best pizza...Keep up the good work.. Think I will have y'all tonight.
