I love the pizza there . The service there sucks they will not come to the door even when they see you knocking. We had to order using the app because they will not answer the phone. I waited 25mins to get are pizza that was ordered. Drive thru line was backed up for 30min. The manager there really needs to find a new job.
I ordered a 3-meat pizza it wasn't fresh, so asked for a fresh one. The cashier stated it will be an eight min wait I said kool. Only to get my pizza 10 min later and it was worst than the 1st one! Customer service is not the best either! I'm disappointed bc I have spent more on gas than the pizza cost ?A good rule to follow is/to treat(especially in customer service) people the way you would like to be treated! I Just called up there and the lil girl that just answered the phone was so rude she was nasty didn't have no hospital I will never go to that little Caesars on south Oates ever and I work in the restaurant business I will never want her working on my shift so I'm going to a whole other store bc she want to be rude and nasty just because I asked for extra cheese girl get a life
We Ordered Online So It Would Definitely Be Ready When I Got There... I Arrived 10 Minutes Later Than The Time We Set And Was Told One Of The Pizzas Were Burnt So It Would Be Just A MINUTE... I Waited For At Least Least 30 Minutes Befor They Brought The Food Out... I Have Never Ordered Online And I Have Never Waited So Long... Ive Learned My Lesson About Ordering Ahead To Save Time With This Place... They Had Several Customers Who Were Able To Order And Get Their Food And Leave So Im Guessing Instead Of Making My Order They Kept Moving It Behind Everyone Elses Becuz IDK How They Had All The Food For Their Other Other Customers But It Took Them That Long To Recook My One Pizza That That Supposedly Burned... And I Finally Went Up And Waited By The Door Til Someone Came Out To Speak To Me And Was Told They Were Just Waiting On The Bread Sticks... But When I Got There I Was Told One Pizza Had To Be Redone... In Thinking They Didnt Even Start On My Order Til Sometime After I Arrived... Dont Order Online When Coming Here Youll Wait Longer Than You Ever Would Have Ordering At The Drive Through
Tried to order online but couldn’t use our gift card online. So I sent my husband, he texted me at 7:28 he was just waiting, he ordered 2 pizzas and 1 crazy bread, they told him 30 mins. At 8:46 he was finally on his way. That is absolutely ridiculous to me, and with zero explanation after having to call twice to see how much longer.
Great place on your wallet but I waited in line for 15 minutes after placing my order. Once I paid, I was told another 5 minutes and to pull up front. Sad to say I watched cars come and go as I waited anther 20 minutes. No idea what the problem was even though I got an apology for the wait. My order should have been discounted.
Apparently after they tell you that your cheese sticks are coming out means pull to the front wait 30 minutes for them to tell you they don't have time to bring them to you even tho you just watched 2 employees sit and have a 15 minute conversation
Pizza was wrong and they refused to make it right
Pizza was good but the service could use improvement, wasn't greeted at the order post waited and finally heard order when ready. Girl counting change took forever because she couldn't pick up the coins because of her extra long fake nails! Not the best for fast food
