The pizza is never cut all the way through most of the time it’s burnt or under cooked and they never have what is supposed to be hot and ready hot and ready staff most of the time staff is usually nice but could someone please answer a phone at this location
Literally how, So I order ahead on the app arrive on time and im told that my order isn't ready yet thats its going to be several minutes which is already after i waited nearly 5 minutes for someone to get to the window then after waiting another 5-10 minutes im told that most of my food is ready and that I'm waiting on the other cheese bread then I sit there at the drive through for nearly 20 more minutes before they come back and tell me that they are out of the stuff to make cheese bread they told me wrong can they replace it with something else I day yeah whatever is ready.......hahaha nope it's gonna be another 10-15 minutes so in total waited nearly 30 minutes just for them to tell me they are out of what I ordered and that I'll have to wait for something else ? literally the worst experience.Do betterEDIT: finally got home and the food I did finally get is at best mediocre cheese bread is dry and over cooked along with one of the pizzas
Everytime I order from here I get upset I always end up waiting 45 minutes due to them forgetting to make my pizza this last visit did it for me I will never return to this location the service sucks
Worst little caesar's ever! Rude Rude employees, didn't get my order right when I called to tell them that my order was wrong they simply told me that I was being loud on the phone and that they could not fix my order and slammed the phone down in my face.
I love this pizza place!!! I wish there was one here in chipley they could make a killing. Hint hint staff was friendly only thing I toby was wrong is there isn't a bell or nothing in drive thru it sounded like there were like 7 to 10 ppl in the back laughing and joking and 2 people where trying to help the guest. Maybe get a bell and have a couple people up front one at all times. And make sure to get rid of the pre made stuff as it runs outta time. I still love little caesers so when I come back to Alabama I'm still going to stop and get my hot and ready!! And fresh bread sticks.
Refuses to accept cash, no reason given. Second Little Caesars in town to do this.Edit, after taking a higher denomination payment than what they originally refused they finally had me wait about ten or so minutes before I could get the pizzas. They were undercooked. In particular, the crust was not done.
Placed a online order. Called to make sure they received the order. Go to pick it up and they have no idea what’s going on. Needless to say it was a hour wait time total from the time I ordered. Just go to Wendy’s or McDonalds. I promise the line may be long but it’s much quicker and the order will at least be right. Also make it home and the pizza isn’t even cut. Smh. You have got to do better.
Ordered, and paid for a large meatsa pizza. It was going to be a 20 minute wait in our car. Checked on the order 25 minutes later and they told me it had folded (who knows what this means) in the oven and they had to prepare another one, with no apologies or cares. Another 20 minute wait and we finally got a pizza. It was a 3 meat instead of the meatsa, which should have more different types of meat. They didn't care, so we left disgusted. ?
Stuffed cheese sticks, wanted to try them. Got home opened the bag nothing but a greesy mess. Pizza and sticks had maybe 8 pieces of pepperoni. Italian bread was not cut very well. Not pleased and will be contacting management.
Absolutely horrible service. Waited a total of 45 minutes to get a pizza because my pizza had been “lost” in another “bigger” order. Today is April 14, 2022 and whoever the evening manager is was so complacent and did not give a rip about the customer. Refused to make the situation right and said that she could not even give a free crazy bread or a drink to make up for the horrible service.
