Staff was friendly and fast. The restaurant was clean. Would recommend.
Left Wendy's because their dining room was closed. Get here and the big sign on the road says the dining room was open, online says the dining room was open... it was closed.
The French fries were good. Nobody can mess up a potato!
Krystal were cold. Some days are good, jot and fresh other days not so great...this one not so great.
Went to drive thru at 12:30 a.m. on may 2nd 2022. Menu board was on, tv on inside. Nobody around. Beeped horn . Nothin. I think the employee left, then comes back later. Need better help.
It dawned on me last night after going through the drive thru how friendly they always are at this Krystal so I wanted to take the time to leave a review. On a personal note I was feeling pretty down and the smile, eye contact and kind words actually made me feel better. In light of how hard and tiring the work is and considering most places don't have enough help, it truly stands out when customer service in fast food is top notch. The sack of Krystals I was craving was excellent too.
I asked for three things they told me to be cheaper to do pick five so I picked five, ended up getting a very expensive Crystal chick and a milkshake. None of the original three things I asked for lol oh well ? I should have checked my bag? The end
Love love love this place the food is great and they are always cleaning the tables and floors very clean place to eat and they got great prices .
The workers here, more specifically the person (female) that works the drive through window clearly hates her job. Always rude, has no customer service skills, and is quick to cut you off while trying to order. Usually it's an "anything else" or someother question, not screaming someone's total at them before you even know if they are done ordering. If my husband didn't like Krystals so much I would be more than happy to boycott until they find polite staff that want to work without a short and disrespectful attitude for no reason.
I happen to like Krystals sence I was a kid .I hate there only one I dothan that I know of still open and it's on the circle across from home depo
