The food was gross old and not edible. They literally gave me old dry wings. Always check your food. Paid 13bucks for something i had to throw away. Stay away

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes before we pulled out and left. Passed the restaurant 15 minutes later and the same 2 cars were still in line. Absolutely ridiculous
Lol wow this is a sad KFC. They act like someone is forcing them to work there. The speaker at drive thru does not work yet they dont say ANYTHING!! So ratchet

Mya has Great customer service in the drive thru! They are really working hard to deliver quality service.
Every single time I visit this location I always have to repeat myself at least 3 times when i order because they wont fix their headsets in drive thru

No food ready why bothering opening the door. Not enough employees to run the restaurant. Poor manager running around doing everything and a employee In the dining area doing nothing. The drive thru line was so long with gas prices I just went info no food to sale me because nothing was done. I like fresh but the point of fast food is for it to be fast. I hope they find more employee to help and I know this place is not the only place struggling to keep fast food fast. Lastly is the food is dropped when I order why isn't the pieces of chicken i want available so please stock up and train for team on peak hours like lunch time is busiest or between 5-7p so plenty of food is dropped and can handle the demand.
Pulled up to the drive thru and could barely hear through the speaker. We told the cashier we would move up to order at the window. We have never seen such an unprofessional employee & manager!! They acted like they were having to go out of their way to take our order at the window! We ordered two box meals and wanted a six piece wing also. We were told we have to come inside to order the 6 piece wings because we were holding up the line!! We would have been happy to pull up and wait for the full order if the time had been taken to let us order!! Bad customer service & fix your speaker!!!
