We had a graduation celebration at Hunts today with a large party. The service was top notch! Tammy was our server and we couldn’t have asked for better. They run a tight ship and we are always please with the service and the quality of their food! 10/10 recommend ??
Great seafood but disappointed in the limited menu for dinner or lunch. Couldn't get shrimp po boy for dinner ?. The calamari and fried oysters were perfect .Cat fish fillets were good and fried beautifullyNot big fan of the hush puppies .....dry & over cooked.Best part was the gumbo , awesome flavour and spiced just right. The coleslaw was great with an extra kick like dill and celery spice.I would go back just for the gumbo......need to have that as main dish not a side.
Absolutely amazing service food and hospitality a lot of Tim reeves employees have been there 10+ years and it’s like family from the moment you walk in the door

The food and service is always excellent. The only negative is the wait time to be seated, usually 30 to 45 minutes.
Our family recently dined here. The food was outstanding. Everything was hot and cooked to perfection. I had ribeye steak. It was so tender and juicy. My daughter ordered the seafood crab legs crab claws and boiled shrimp. I tried all of them and the seafood was cooked to perfection. Our server was efficient and friendly. We will definitely dine at Hunts Seafood again.
A group of us from Backyard Treasures ate there last night and it was delicious. I do not believe you can go wrong with any choice on the menu. Also, we had the best server ever!
Best steak and seafood restaurant in Dothan. Wonderful eating experience. Every one smiles and is friendly. The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean . Just a warm family friendly atmosphere
Such great food! Very packed for a Tuesday evening also. Always a good sign.Have to say, it's was a top 3 best steak I've ever had! Full of flavor and tender!Definitely saved for future stops.*Update* We wanted a healthy steak before heading out and we were NOT disappointed. ? We did learn these awesome rolls were supposed to be available for each meal and that we got jipped last night. But they're soooo worth the wait!
Great place. I was really looking to try their oysters but they were out. Actually they were out of a lot. I went with the blackened shrimp, gumbo, and salad. I liked it all and the service was great. Maybe next time I’ll be able to try their oysters. I’d call first before you go to make sure they have them
