The app subtotal didn’t add up to the correct price. I did an extra large cheese for $13.00 and a special deep dish for $11.99 the subtotal was 28.97 then it added taxOrdered in store said Ranch crust on both pizzas had no flavor crust
Speed the lady a picture on phone she said it out loud what I wanted I get home and I get done cheesy bread so I call back up there so I could get what I paid for the man says that I ordered 3 cheese bread so he knew they were in the wrong cause I did not even have a chance to even say what I was calling about before he was telling me what I ordered which is not what I paid for but he would not even make it right so they will never get my business again.
Ordered a meat lovers pizza. Lady on phone was very rude and dont listen maybe ill move on to papa johns

Absolutely the worst experience in a restaurant ever. Ordered a small pizza to share with my wife. We also ordered a antipasto salad each. Little to no sauce on the pizza. Salads were missing to of the ingredients listed on the menu. Won’t ever be back….ever!!!!
The pizza is always made fresh and to order. Worth the price for quality you get from these folks.
Very convenient to place order online and pick up. I live somewhat in rual area but close enough, I wish they would deliver to me. Love the food..service great..wish you had closer store.

We ordered a pizza tonight at 1830 it arrived at my house at 2040. It goes without saying that the pizza was cold, but it was also smashed and the box top had half of the toppings on it. We called the store before pizza arrived (hour and fifteen minutes after initial order) and were told they were short delivery drivers and it should be there within “20 to 25 mins” (that did not happen). Once pizza arrived, I called back and expressed my displeasure with the quality of pizza and was told again how they are short delivery drivers. Here’s my problem with that statement - if you are short delivery drivers then do not guarantee my pizza within 50 mins and use that as a crutch after the fact. Those issues are not my issues, they are yours. As I explained to the assistant manager tonight, I run a business and cannot use those excuses when I run into delays. Still waiting on a return phone call…..
