I placed an order online over 2 hours ago….called an hour later and they said they just pulled my food out of the oven and that the delivery driver just left….this store is 5 min from my house and still have not received my order….it’s been almost an hour since they said it was on the way
I've never had a major issue with Hungry Howie besides the hair in my food which was quickly resolved until Wednesday night when an employee became confrontational because I asked for my call in order. I gave my name to the attendant and she repeated my name but when I went to pick up my order, evidently it was placed in the wrong name. I asked the young man for my order but he blatantly starting getting an attitude and in the snobbiest way ever, he asked was it in another name. I stated no and continuously saying my name 4 times. Them he asked what I ordered and I told him. He picked up an order and said I guess this is it. I left highly upset, and I called the manager for that night. She stated after i replayed the scenario to her that the individual in question had been bullying his coworkers and being rude to the customers all night. That she would rectify the situation but she didn't. She recanted, so my business will NOT be at this establishment no longer. I've been dealing with this company since 2003. They always said one bad apple will spoil the bunch. It's been nice.
Got the chef salad...it was awful..lettuce was wilted, barely any cheese or meat...mostly lettuce, tomatoes and onions ...and on top of that there were no eating utensils in bag when i got home.

I ordered 25 pizzas to feed the crew at work and they were able to have my order ready no problem. The food was all hot and fresh when I picked it up and the pizza was good quality. The team was very pleased. The staff was friendly and helpful. In case you are wondering I'm the guy who loaded the pie's into my miata...
I only had this pizza once before, and honestly, I went to Domino's first. The wait would have 45 minutes. In Dothan, AL, there is a Hungry Howie's across the street. I had been traveling for 7 hours and wanted to grab something quick and pizza is my husband's favorite. It was ready in about 15 minutes, and it was delicious. We have a new pizza restaurant. Oh, and there is an app with deals. Also, I forgot to mention the flavored crust, at no extra charge.
Food was good. Employees on the other hand were very inappropriate. Fussing with each other, cussing and hollering. They were VERY loud.
This is the 3rd time I've had an issue at this location. We ordered pizza for delivery and 1 of the 2 pizzas arrives incorrectly made, I called and was told it would be remade and sent out, should be here in 40 minutes. That was at 5:55, it's now 7:36. We call and ask about the resend and "they don't remake orders and send them back out" then don't tell people you do if you don't. It's that simple, I would have happily drove to said location for a remake if that's what was needed on my part but that's not the case.

Ordered a bbq chicken pizza around 5:00 and after putting cheese on it after I said many times NO CHEESE it had cheese. We called immediately and they told me they were giving me a large to compensate for the inconvenience and didn’t receive it till almost 7:30 and it was cold when I got it. The manager would never come to the phone. Hungry Howies definitely needs some experienced management. First thing teach your employees to read the tickets!!!!!!! Y’all did nothing to make it right.
