We used to frequent Goldfingers and there would be a bunch of us! The last 3 times we’ve gone it’s been really bad. The owners used to take great pride in their people and atmosphere. Whoever owns the restaurant now apparently does not.When we walked in there were no other people in line. The person that finally bothered to take our order acted like I was taking her away from her real job. She never smiled or was in the least bit friendly. Not once. We had to beg fir our drinks and when the food came I had to stand back in line to get the items I needed. Sauces, forks, napkins…., There we’re a lot of people working so they were not understaffed. They were just not happy to be there. Our food was ok. Not great, but ok. It certainly is not the Goldfingers it used to be. I have to believe that the Dorminys are no longer involved in the restaurants.
I ate their last night, the food was delicious, the boneless chicken was out of sight, it was so tender and It came with fries and toasted butter bread I really enjoyed the meal
First time actually trying this place and was very pleased! No long wait, friendly environment, and awesome wings! The fries could use a little work though lol. Overall great experience!
Horrible wings...Never had a bad experience with them until today's visit. Wings were under cooked and made my visit very unpleasant. I didn't complain to management because I didn't want other customers to hear about me complaining about the food.
Never heard of before. Seems like another chicken place, good menu, reasonable prices, nice staff, would like to try there menu one day just not today.
At Cottonwood corner would say 4.5 instead of 5. Tastes like different recipe compared to usual. Smaller tenders but understandable for high food prices.. Been cooked a bit too crispy a few times. Waited from 8:25 til closing after drive thru order was misunderstood.. Good experiences outnumber the few bad ones
Good.food. Today they messed up and put my take out order and mistakenly placed it with the orders to be picked up by Take Out Star!It was at least a 20-25 minute completely avoidable delay in time for me but I did get it in time to be able to make it to my appointment to get my hair cut next door at SuperClips.>People are just human and mistakes do happen, so I still give them 4 stars because it wasn't that big of a deal to me; not today anyway.
Good Food, just one problem. If there is more than 2 (two) customers in the drive thru line they can’t never seem to get the order right…always something wrong with it. It’s happen 3 times in a row…so just wait till your the only one at drive thru….talk real slow and make them repeat order….other than that good luck
Very good service very good food and a clean establishment . I enjoy going every chance we get to go and there menu is reasonably priced.
Food was good but cashier/order taker was not friendly at all.
