Ordered delivery and they didn’t send any BBQ sauce for a pound of pork and the stew was several days old. Won’t order again.

I had eaten here once before and remembered that the meat seemed pretty smoky. So looking for a barbecue place to go to I thought I would try it again. I was not impressed.I ordered the full rib meal, along with mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. The two side dishes were pretty good but the ribs were really awful. They were tough, dry, and not very tasty. They had a little bit of smoke to them but they were so hard to eat and chew that the meal was just not worth having.I probably will not return. There are not many good places in Dothan for barbecue the this place just fell off my radar.
We ordered take out and found plastic in our Brunswick stew. Will never eat there again.
I waited for a hour in the drive through. When ordering food, I heard the employees laughing and playing over the speaker in the background. I ordered a SALAD. Why am I asked to park behind another car who also had to park to wait for their food? Apparently the food was wrong because the customer in front of me got out the car frustrated to take their food back inside the restaurant. They lost a lot of customers for the ridiculous wait.
This place greeted us with a black greasy grimy sidewalk that led into the inside with the exact same problems. Every square inch of baseboards and seating has this same nasty problem. The ice machine and condiment stations literally look like someone spit their chewing tobacco on the sides. Every slick surface such as the table tops and windows are covered in a filmy haze. The bussing station reaked of rotten food I’m sure at the bottom of the trash bins that haven’t been cleaned in weeks? Months? Ever? I’m weird out by the notion that if the dining area is this bad, how does the food prep areas look? I did see one employee walk around used tables with one wet rag wiping each one haphazardly. She used the same cloth for each table. Never used cleaning spray or rinsed it out. I mean. Is this the cleaning policy of this establishment? Scary and disappointing! My family has always enjoyed the food, and this visit was no different, however, something needs to change. Customers are going to get sick!!!
Beans were hot, fries were slightly warm. Decent portion of pork on large sandwich. A bit too pricey, my opinion.
Awesome meal. Had the loaded baked potato with bbq pork, outstanding! My husband had the brisket sandwich very moist and tender. Reasonable priced. A great value!!
Not bad food, the smoked turkey was a bit dry and the pork was flavorless without their BBQ sauce. The fried green tomatoes were delicious and so was their iced tea. The fried okra had little flavor but was fried from fresh okra.
Met a friend for lunch.... I got the lunch special (pulled pork BBQ sandwich, a trimming and soda) - great value and delicious! The staff was very attentive and friendly. I'll definitely be going back! Also loved and appreciated the music selections played while we were there!
