Not a great experience. I really wanted a tuna sub so I googled it and this store came up. Tuna itself was not good. Very bland and what little taste it did have was not pleasant. I spent a lot of money on a large combo so I was very disappointed. Also the service was lacking. I was barely acknowledged.
Paid an extra $3.50 for double meatballs on my meatball sub. Got a total of 4 meatballs on my medium sub. ?
Mgr was really blah towards me this day. Hope she's having a better day.
Decent food overall. Good for quick sub and take away. Comparatively is expensive to other subs.
As much as I love the sandwiches when I get them, I'm not sure why I don't go here more. Everyone is always super nice and my order is always right. My only issue (hence 4 stars) is that regardless of if there's 10 people in front of you or if you're the only person in there, there's a wait that feels too long. Like "may as well sit down" long. I don't get that. But, always delish. Hook n Ladder with everything (steamed, of course) is the way to go. Their chili is pretty awesome too.
Friendly staff. Clean store. Delicious food. Wish it wasn't so pricy. Two adults and a child cost $31.

The food was good but to me it was pricey. I don't go often but the food is always good.
It's been a while since I've been here. The food was good as always. The place was clean. The service was perfunctory but not friendly. I used to eat lunch here a lot before I changed jobs. It was always a friendly atmosphere. I think there is a general trend toward malaise and discontent among people in service-oriented jobs lately. Attitudes range from apathy to plain rude almost everywhere. No one was especially rude here, but it felt as if we were bothering the person helping us.
Be prepared to wait a LOOOOONG time for your order...alot of call ins for uber eats...door dash and other food deliverers....when i got sandwich it was dry and hardly had any condiments on it.....pricey too...$12 for just a sandwich
