Over $6 for a drink and they can’t even make it right! Large or medium in your opinion? Mine this is a medium. Every other Dunkin i go to fill the up proper.
I get medium iced with 1 mocha pump 1 hazelnut shot and 2 Carmel swirls , and it is sooo good , the employee today was very nice and patient the receipt says her name was kaguana . Thanks for making my drink !
I had come into, this dunkin, donuts. Location. To Purchase half a dozen donuts! and an ice-cold large, Iced coffee. On January 15th 2022. And was made feel like I was we welcomed. By this "extremely polite, & well spoken. & "nice" young lady. Called Mrs. "sola" who, knows, how to make my coffee. ☕ Just the way I love it!!! If this store manager. See this review....I must, say that Mrs. "Sola" is the queen
I was not pleased with Dunkin this morning. I got a carmel frappe, a mocha frappe, and a cold brew. The frappes were awful! Watery, no flavor at all and apparently the manager, i assume she was anyway, was in a bad mood. The lady working the window was very nice although the manager even had attitude towards her.
Went through the drive thru for a hot caramel cappuccino. I got a small or medium something else. Maybe an unflavored latte. Not sure. It tasted awful and I should've heeded the other negative reviews and gone to my usual Dunkin on Montgomery Hwy. I ended up dumping what I was given at this location and got the right item at my usual Dunkin. I'll never stop at this location again. Dunno if it is bad management to blame or bad employees.
I don't know what's happening to your tea but I've gotten bad tasting tea from yall 4 times within a month. Had to pour it out and go to another Dunkin and get some. It tastes like its been sitting awhile or maybe the container needs cleaned out ( taste old) never had a problem til they got new employees. Please take care of this problem because I like going to this Dunkin!
This is literally the worst Dunkin’ in Dothan! I usually don’t stop at this one but I did today and the lady who takes the orders literally lied and said that I did not stop at the window and order when she clearly called my order back out to me and it also came up on the screen. I wasn’t even upset I could’ve waited but it’s the fact that she lied to my face! And then tried to make it like I was such an inconvenience to her when she is the one that was yelling and causing a scene over something so small! Will NOT be back. Just close this one down it’s so unprofessional there.
I loved this location,, but they change employees like you change clothes.This crew the cook will mess up my bacon every time,, is either under cooked or ashes. My coffee is horrible and no matter how many times they messed up I still came back but I can't with them anymore and I come every single day but today was the last day.The area.mamager is the worst.
This young lady charged me almost $5 for a small ice coffee before she actually could put it in the system, they messed up someone else order and because she was on a timer or something her supervisor told her to just charge me what was on the computer. They was not professional and they will loose customers over charging them and not having the proper training. I been a dunkin customer all over the states for year, today they will loose me as a customer.
Always out of stock, takes forever to get the order after they make you pull forward. Be prepared to wait if you happen to order food, couldn't even refund my money this morning because they were again out of croissants and i ordered online, told me to come back tomorrow for my food. I ordered online to avoid waiting. Some of the staff are nice, thats the only thing they got going for them.6/22 One day I will learn not to come here.No one answers the phone so I can see if they have products in-stock so I don't run into the same problem I did last time. Place an order for drive thru take out, second time I wasn't given my donuts, I asked for them which should have been 2 orders of the mini holes 3ea, was given 5 of the 6. Like really, man I just can't win at this store
