First time trying their breakfast. Was not impressed. Small portions and food was barely warm. Coffee wasn’t bad though.
Sugar free hazelnut iced coffee to wake me up.
Great people like Anthony who works there. Very nice gentleman. Very respectful, reliable, and sweet.
Just so so avocado toast wasn't worth the price asked for a mixture of different donuts given 3 different kinds didn't notice till I was home
I go to this specific location EVERY morning! They make the best coffee and the staff is so sweet. The drive through is ran smoothly and I always get in and out quickly. Regina is the manager at this location and she is amazing and keeps this location running efficiently! Highly recommend this location above all other locations in Dothan, Al.
I have been here before and had multiple bad experiences, but it has been over a year so I was hoping maybe they had new staff or something and I decided to give them another chance. Well of course that was a bad decision. To begin with, I went to the drive through and they asked if they could take my order. While I was in the middle of saying my order, they rudely interrupted and said "you need to hold on a minute" and then I proceeded to wait about 10 minutes before they finally came back to take the order. My baby was in the back crying at this point so I was already on edge.Keep in mind I was literally the only customer. There was no one else in the drive through or inside.I told them my order which is pretty simple, and iced coffee with mocha and coconut flavor. Then he said "we out of those". Then he proceeded to list about 10 more staple flavors that they were out of. At that point I was just annoyed and said forget it and left. They were rude the whole time and incredibly unhelpful. I don't plan to be back.
They are fast and always make everything good and fresh. Not to mention they are always really nice and helpful
Waited 20 minutes to be addressed and then ignored again. I wouldn't recommend this location because they won't great you nor give the attention necessary to take an order. Went to Krispy Kreme down the road.
The worst service. Stood at the counter for 3 minutes as 4 employees stood around laughing (with the manager) about how it took along time for a customer before me to get their sandwich. The person that took my order continued to talk to the other employees as I was giving my order. Both my sandwiches were still cold in the middle.
I always have a good experience at this location. Especially when the manager that was their today is there. We were their around 9:30am. When it is busy she is always working hard to make sure orders are correct and helps. She is always polite.
