I placed an online order. I was there 2 minutes after it was ready per the app. I had to repeat myself 3 times at the speaker and was told "drive up". I wasn't able to immediately check my order as I was taking my Mother home who had just been released after surgery and 3 says in the hospital. We arrived home, the donut holes order was wrong, I received assorted rather than glazed, jelly, and chocolate and I didn't receive two of the doughnuts that I had paid for. When I called to have my card credited for the missing items, I was told I had to drive 40 minutes back to the store for her to do it. I would have spent more in gas. I just will not return.

Bad experience here at this location..I placed a mobile order for two coffees, donuts, and wake-up wraps. They didn't have anything in stock except for the coffee. The guy working the drive-thru was friendly and very apologetic but the refund procedure for mobile ordering is nearly impossible so I was out $10...
What can I say, Dunkin Doughnuts is good, I love their coffee drinks and the egg bites! I am definitely a Dunkin girl!
Ordered a delicious Caramel latte,with almond milk, and found out a few hrs later it wasn't made with almond milk but regular milk .... I'm lactose intolerant!!!! It destroyed my stomach, very painful. I wasn't going to leave a bad review at first but after I called and nicely explained the mix up and asked if they could just be more mindful, the person on the phone was politish but wasn't trying to hear me out and rushed me off the phone. I was in pain from the milk , felt like I was dying(if you know you know, it was a large . . . latte, lol) and wasn't asking for much just to be heard. . .smh. The hashbrowns were GREAT, as always!
The perks are awesome. I love Dunkin Donuts coffee not to mention that you can link it with your fuel rewards through shell and save even more on gas, who would love that?
Walked into a clean inviting restaurant and greeted by a friendly staff member. Our order was taken promptly and the wait for our order very short. I definitely recommend this location! Keep up the good work y'all it's very appreciated
Every time I order an iced signature latte they never put whipped cream on it. The whipped cream costs extra and I’m always disappointed in this store /: plus “less ice” is never less ice. The coffee tastes good but you don’t really ever get what you order here.
