I liked this place a while ago, but ever since they changed management, it seems like the place has gone downhill. Very sad to see one of my favorite places go under.
Two very bad experiences. We moved this past week and ordered pizza since we had no operating kitchen. The pizza was an hour and 20 minutes later than estimated and the pizza dough was flimsy and thin even though we ordered hand tossed crust. We ordered again Wednesday evening bc the kids loved the apple dip and cinnamon twists. The pizza crust was fine this time but had virtually NO cheese on it. It was 95% dough and sauce. And when we opened the desert....NO cinnamon twists. It was just the apple dip inside. The kids were VERY disappointed! Big mistakes two times in a row. Will not be ordering from this location again.
I was charged $35 for a delivery that I never received. They were extremely rude both times i called to get this resolved. They will answer then when you explain why you are calling they won’t say a word and literally just put you on hold without even telling you for a long time in hopes that you’ll hang up. I was on hold for ten minutes just to be told to call back when the general manager is at work. I did that the last time i called and still no solution. A week later and I still haven’t had a refund or credit. This place is horrible.
Never thought I'd have to wait 2 hours for a $30 delivery that NEVER SHOWED UP. I HAD TO PICK IT UP PERSONALLY. Of course, both pizzas weren't even warm. All In all, if I could put 0 stars as a review I would.
Ordered a pepperoni pizza and some garlic sauces for delivery.. never received the garlic sauces and I have a picture of how the pizza was delivered.. went to the main store to get it fixed and was asked what my problem was by the blue hair manager.. never order from this place!!!!
I truly thank GOD we have more than one Dominos bc the lil boy that call himself a manager in this one will truly get himself hurt!!!!! Just down right rude & disrespectful…. And they messed my food up
Pizza was good every time that we ordered from this location. Delivery was quick and the delivery drivers were very friendly ☺️
Good pizza! Would have been 5 stars if guy boxing pizza wasn't standing there mask down stuffing face with pizza! At least move away from you work station.
I ordered Curside online checked in sitting in the front where they could see me and waited 20 minutes. I was there after the time it was to be finished and 2 minute guarantee. Finally after 20 minutes I walked in and there was my order.
It took 32 minutes to receive our cold, burnt pizza. Hubby was desperate, but the rest of the family enjoyed LITTLE CEASARS
