Let me tell you about my experience last night with them I will never order her again the assistance. Manger is rude she hung up on me while I was telling her I didn't get my order as she claimed the driver left it.. so I called back and said I was just got hung up on cause I was telling her I didn't get my order the Manger told me well the store closed down for tonight I can give you a refund I was like that's messed up I will never order her again cause the driver messed up my delivery she either took it to the wrong house or she kept it her self keep in mind I order at 9:30p.m this took till 2:30a.m in the morning they either need to hire more driver or just close down delivery all the way..
We have ordered here multiple times since we live nearby and finally gave up. This last time, I waited outside the store for an hour after my husband ordered two pizzas. I drove up and they would say 15 more minutes, 10 more minutes, or it’s gonna be a bit because there are 4 orders in front of you so just drive back in 15 more minutes. Honestly feel like I deserve a refund for the frustration at this point. They have gotten slower and have terrible customer service. Void of friendliness.
We will never give our business to this particular Dominos again. Placed food at 320pm...we noticed it's now 420pm and haven't heard anything. We weren't too upset and called the Dominos and asked for an update on our delivery and whomever we spoke to said the driver had it...sure. We did not receive the food until 445pm...1hr 25mins for pizza from Dominos and they're approximately 2.5 miles from us...geesh.
Phone ordering system is absolutely awful. Used to take less than 30 seconds to order pizza and it would be done in under 15 minutes now it takes about 3-5 minutes to order and around 30 minutes to complete. Won't be ordering anything else from a Domino's until they go back to people at the store answering a phone.
I love pizza, Great place for dinner where you can have it delivered or order ahead and grab on your way home. Pizza, always a winner.
I love dominos pizza! Well mainly the fact that they allow you to pay with cash upon delivery. What I'm most displeased about is that they never have change for $20. I don't mind tipping the driver but I don't like being cheated. Depending on the service and politeness my tip can range from $5-10 but I refuse to tip up to $15 especially for bad service. I askt them to please be sure to equip delivery drivers with correct change.
The store manager is rude and disrespectful. He’s argumentative with customers when they’re calling to check on an order. I would never recommend this location to anyone ever!
Had to wait when I pulled up at the time my order was supposed to be ready. The guy stated that my order had not been put in the oven yet that he was working by himself. I didn't have a problem with that but whe I get home and check my food I had ordered 2 thin crust sausage and pepperoni but I got 2 sausage and bacon. This is by far the worst experience I have had with dominos. Tried to leave no stars but had to leave one star or I would have been able to post my comment.
Fast and friendly!!! Hottt faster service then I got at the other location earlier this week, that’s why I chose this location!! Very pleased!! Thank you!!
Why are the still even open domino's have some of the worst tasting pizza ever just change everything ? straight trash
