So very glad to find a Dairy Queen that had coconut for Tropical/Hawian Blizzard!!!Made me extremely happy. Most Dairy Queens don't have coconut ?
Rude lady/workers. Had an attitude with customers multiple times and blizzard was literally milk. So upset.

Customer service was good as the cashier was attentive & helpful with order. Food was fresh since we were told to pull up & it would be brought out. However, I think staff should wear hair nets as my fries & tenders had 3 long blonde hairs in it. I would visit again to purchase a blizzard but not food.
Went and ordered a chocolate covered strawberries blizzard and 2 medium hot fudge sundays .. I received a strawberry milkshake and 2 small sundays.. Got screwed royally
Every time we've been to this location the blizzards are never mixed all the way. Half way down the blizzard is just plain vanilla ice cream. Every time. But today was the final straw. They forgot half of our order which we didn't realize until we were home. When I went back they refused to correct the problem. The girl at the window who I spoke to literally laughed as I explained what had happened. I was not mean or hateful as I talked with her so I was shocked to see her laugh in my face and tell me I'd have to pay for my order when it was their mistake. Will never visit this location again. Not worth the time or money. Absolutely obnoxious employees.
I stop here with family every so often. Drive through and in store has always been a pleasant experience. They do get very busy and sometimes can't keep up on wiping down the tables and chairs, but that's about the only negative.
This was one of the worst experiences at any Dairy Queen that I have ever had. The customer service is lacking in every respect and the manager has zero conflict resolution skills. The drive-through attendant assured me that this location accepted the app but when I approach the window after having ordered they did not accept my offer. All of the employees that I dealt with were rude and did not treat me with respect. The manager on duty was working at 7:20 on the evening that this review was posted.
Dairy Queen is good for Blizzards and that's about all I ever get from there. Do I really need to review a Blizzard, they're what's up.
