Came in on Father’s Day. The older lady working must have been having a bad day. She want patient. She rolled her eyes everyone that walked in. We heard her say she was tired and ready to go home more than once. She was rude to us and everyone that walked in.
$65 plus tip for ice cream but couldn’t trouble the lazy manager for a couple of cups of water and was told I had to purchase the bottled water or get it elsewhere.The staff at Cheeburger Cheeburger was much more willing, so I’ll be purchasing my ice cream there next time.
I had a chocolate shake with whipped cream topping! It was divine!!!!

Pathetic manager sat in the back while the one poor employee served an absolute roomful of customers. We had to wait at least 45 minutes to be served & watched as even more people came in the door. I turned away as many people as I could. We won't be patronizing this place again, but left a large tip for the employee who worked her butt off all by herself.
A whole group of people went in before us. And none were turned away. But when myself and one other person came in we were turned away. The sign was still on open. If you're going to turn the last people away you shouldn't have let the others in first. Absolutely awful.

How are you going to hang signs in your stone boasting about being a “veteran owned business”, but not offer a military discount like most other franchises? Because you, the owner, are a chump. And your staff is incredibly rude. The lady who served us didn’t get off the phone the entire time. Will never return here.
Slowest service ever. Seven people behind us left because it took so long
