Kids love the place, don't get me wrong. They're having a great time. But it's wayyyy too loud in here - music is blasting and conversations aren't comfortable. Arcade games give a pathetic amount of tickets and even the smallest prizes require too many. Inflation is real even in the ticket economy.
Took my 5 year old great niece and she had a blast.

I went there yesterday 5/01/2022 for a birthday party I loved the worker we had his name was zavier....he was so nice and respectful great customer service!!!however I did not like the person that did chucky cheese he was out there 5 minutes and he seem like he got aggravated with the kids he gave a couple high-fives and then act like he didn’t see them anymore .. no patience at all
Alot of machines were worn out my daughter got stuck in the air by the machine that lifts ur kid , wasn't serious but my kid just kinda looked at me like seriously dad but the pizza was decent way over priced but kinda expect that going in.

Staff was ok. It's the chaos of small children (2-5 year olds) running around without any supervision whatsoever.
