When we got there to enjoy our food we were told that we had to pay and extra 15% for a party of 10 in which we were not a party nor were we paying together it was just different families coming to the same place to enjoy food. Once we sat down we got our drinks my drink had black stuff floating inside it and I notified to waiter he needed to change that out. I went to get my food and we started eating next thing ai know my nice sees a roach in her noodles in which quite a few of us were eating. Once we showed the waiter he immediately went to the front talking to the others and they went out see. We went to the front to show them that proceeded to say well kids eat free in which we didn't want nothing from in there. He told us we had to pay even after us seeing the roach. We all paid because we were forced to pay even though we all wasted our money on food we didn't get to enjoy because we were sick to the stomach. They tried keeping our receipts and we told them no. So as we were coming out we seen other coming out fussing sure to them being in their food. They need to be evaluated because that's very nasty and unsanitary. And I will be getting in touch with everyone I can until they fix the wrong they have.

Food was good. We had a large party. They added 15 per cent gratuity. Lady that was over our section was rude, didn't take plates or refill drinks. When giving out checks acted like we weren't going to pay. Kept trying to give same people another check even though she had them on the couple check. If wasn't for the food, wouldn't go back

Yum, yum, yum! Great food & great fellowship! I told Roger, I wanted Chow Time, I love the peanut butter chicken! We asked Pastor Frances Dudley, would she like to go. She said, Yes! We loved it and will be back...one day. Very friendly!

Let me start off by saying I used to love Chow King, today I had the worst experience there and will never eat there again. There was hair in my food, the food was COLD. When I went to pay she only took 2 dollars off a 50 dollar meal when I complained of the cold food and made excuses of why there was hair in the food... overpriced. Gross. The floors and almost everything is disgusting. Bathrooms are unsanitary. The ceiling has never been cleaned and their sushi looked very old. Me and my kids felt sick after we left. Save yourself some time and just go to Ooka instead where you'll get fresh quality made food with good service.

He food was pretty tasty. I r we ally have no complaints I wanted chinese food with variety and I got that. Not to he best chinese food I ever had but for the different selections the cost is cheaper here with many selections verse a regular Chinese store with crazy prices. I appreciate my fork being separated and covered in its own sleeve. No to crowded. Dessert are lack luster but I did not come for dessert so it was fine for me and my family.

Food was good, but not great. Food used to be excellent, at least during lunch, so not sure if dinner makes a difference, even tho it's more expensive. Not as clean as it should be, with food on the floor and employees walking by it many times and ignoring it. Not a huge deal, but there was little ice cream, but several empty containers. For the price, none of this is excusable.

We've always had a good experience here and have visited many times in the last five years. My wife is a fan of the more traditional offerings, while I tend to focus on sushi. The location is clean and services prompt. Variety of foods is exceptional.

The fried chicken is the best in Dothan. I know, it's a Chinese Restaurant, but the fried chicken is great. The fried fish filets are meaty and not greasy. Worth the trip. Don't go middle of the afternoon. Busy means fresh, so go when they're busy.

Very good buffet and good prices too (even for to-go) We had a party of 15 and they had seating available for all of us to sit together. It’s very kid friendly the atmosphere and the food. No complaints.

Hands down the best Chinese I have ever eaten between California, North Carolina, and Central Florida. The food is well seasoned. No need for soy sauce. Lots of options, both Chinese and American. Even my picky 4 year old loved it. Staff is friendly. Wish I lived closer so I could frequent more often.
