I love chipotle but this location has messed up or missed my specifications too many times.I cant even hold my food without a mess because they made me a bowl.. I never order the bowl.BTW your website and app keep flipping ba j to chipotlane when I ask for inside pick up.
Without the culture of the staff changing, sadly this place will not last in Dothan. If it does not change, the company will think it is just a saturated market and can’t survive in the circle city. It can, but the staff needs to have the food options available with some degree of freshness at 1:30 on Sunday afternoon. Customers should not need to wait 3 minutes for someone to even notice them standing at the service line ready to order, and there should be cheer in attitude.I say all of this because this was my first time at this location, and I have had a love for chipotle for over a decade. When traveling to Atlanta or up in North Alabama I always find a way to eat at a Chipotle. So, yeah it stunk and I was very excited to eat there finally. I will try it again, but only because I want it to be amazing….2 stars because I at least got some food, and the lady at the register acknowledged my wait and lack of ingredients I wanted.
It's new, tasty, clean, & quick. However, I dropped it 1 star because my husband got some red sauce (kinda like a taco sauce) that had absolutely zero label to tell you its SPICY! I mean it made him cry & sweat & he isn't a softy kinda man. He forced himself to eat half & he had no choice but to toss the rest. Other than that it was great. I hope this review saves someone else. Thankfully I was distracted by ordering mine & my child's so I didn't ask for any. But I almost did. Oh & the drive thru is an order on your phone only kinda drive thru.
If I can leave zero reviews I would. Employees need to pay attention to details. What they lack in details they are making up in sloppy mess of a meal for you. I get it's a fast food joint however how is it that Hardee's, subway, and etc make your meal look better? Disappointed could say the least maybe Gordon Ramsey should visit your site. Hate to see what he would find...
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.... This visit to Chipotle was my first and last time going!!! They was out of brown rice and attempted to scrape the bottom of the pan to fix my order I had to tell them I didn't want that and I'll prefer to wait. I waited several minutes for the rice to be done. After waiting she barely put enough rice to cover the bottom. All of the meat appeared as if it had been sitting there since yesterday. The meat was dried and clumped together and they still tried to serve it. Again I had to tell her I didn't want it and choose to go with the best looking meat available. They peppers and onions were literally stuck to the pan and again she reached over to serve them. I asked could she get some fresh but the lady with the purple hair told her I couldn't get any from the fresh ones prepared because they were for a call in order. The queso was cold and tasted pasty. Something told me I should've went to MOE'S instead.
Love the steak bowl with all of the trimmings...nothing too spicy for me though. They can make it just right.
Well, my experience for the first time there was excellent. Food and service was great thanks to J Q and the young lady that fixed my bowl. Never been in before so they were the most friendly people I have had in a while.
Staff is super friendly. However; the place is dirty, out of vegetables? Really? On a Sunday evening?The meat looked gross. It’s been sitting and cooked a while back. Too dry to even feed it to my dog. They had to get the Pico from the back?? I guess the owner is too cheap and possibly asked the staff to hide it until someone asks for it!!I had to ask for more rice. I had to ask for less sour cream, and lettuce. I’ve been a huge fan of Chipotle for years and never visited such a horrible location.Will not be returning.
Each time we try this Chipotle location, I am severely disappointed. The employees are rude and act rushed, even though the store isn’t busy. The rice is simultaneously lumpy and undercooked. The chicken is salty to the point of being inedible. The guacamole was so brown and the lettuce had been frozen!! It is consistently filthy inside the dining area and visibly dirty in the kitchen area. It is as if nobody working there has an concept of how a burrito is supposed to go.
As with most reviews here, the food was great. However, the place is trashed. 2 or 3 people in line, so not too busy. 5 employees. Tables were all dirty. Garbage cans filled to the top. Floor was dirty. Drink dispenser area was messy with straw papers everywhere. If I were the manager, I'd be embarrassed.Not to mention, this place is expensive...
