The best experience ever. The bartender was amazing and had the best smile and service I've seen in a while in a restaurant! She's from Colorado and next time I'm asking for the lady from Colorado's section!
Food was great. Service was good. I love their reward club you join you get free salsa and chips. Looking forward to our next visit.
On 6/5/22 I ordered buffalo wings and they were not fully cooked . Disgusting experience.
Chili's always serves good food! We are never disappointed. They have a variety of foods, but our favorite is the shrimp fajitas. We'll be back for more!
Awesome decore, very pleasant employees. Great drinks, tasty food, way high prices but what the heck its only once in months that we go out. Cheaper, no driving when ya"ll drunk. Stay at home and make it work. No so bad..
We came in on a Tuesday at 12 and the service was more then exceptional! Desiree our waitress had many tables and still managed to give us everything we needed and more and was really friendly I saw a lot of team work with the staff . They where helping each other and being friendly these days that’s few and far between! And again shout out to Desiree if she isn’t a manger she should be because she knows what she is doing!!
Stopped in while vacationing and was not disappointed. Service was great and food was delicious. Tons of food at a great price. We had ordered a burger with no cheese and although it came out with cheese they were super quick to correct the issue.
Just to let everyone know... ordered 2 for 25. Dollars. Plenty of options to choose from. Well worth the money. The waitress was awesome. Thank you for a good afternoon meal..I couldn't be more happy. ???
Everything was absolutely delicious
Where do I even begin?! We stopped in for lunch, excepting a typical Chili's dining experience, but boy were we wrong. Took forever for someone to great us (happened to people after us as well), maybe 10-15 minutes before someone came to see how many were in our family, then they sat us. Waitress clearly didn't know how to handle the four or five tables she had, but she got our drink order and we got our drinks about 7 minutes later. Ordered food, she read back exactly how we ordered the food, and even stated the wings with no sauce at all. Another 45 minutes pass, drinks were empty, food no where in site, and neither was she. Once she finally came around, she said our food was coming right out. Then another 25 minutes pass by and still no food. Finally got refills, then shortly after our food came. Ribs were cold, steak was cold, fries were cold, everything seriously was cold, not even luke warm. Then the wings had liquidly ranch poured all over them. Needless to say, we wasted our time there. And didn't eat. They asked if we wanted to send it back and get our food correct, but we didn't want to at this point. The only good experience today was the manager, she was pleasant to deal with and didn't charge us. We ended up leaving with empty stomachs, but we went down the road to Longhorn and had exceptional service (hot food, drinks filled, the typical service you'd expect)!!
