Haley was amazing. Aside from being very skilled at her job handling the front counter, she made sure customers were content, cleared dishes, all while taking care of walk-in customers, take out, and dine in and making shakes. She never skipped a beat or an opportunity to thank a customer for coming in, seeing if anyone needed more to drink, or anything else she could do to make our experience more pleasant. Kudos to Haley. And while the woman preparing our food was also pleasant, the food was not up to par. The burgers were overcooked, but the cheese wasn't melted, the buns were cold, the fries were cold, and the bacon was cold. Odd, we felt, that the burger would be hot but nothing else. The taste was OK if you can tolerate overcooked burgers. All in all, we'll be back making sure to note any changes we'd like to make like holding the Chee sauce... I'm not sure what that was supposed to be but it was runny and lacked any distinctive flavor. I would have been better off without that. That's just my humble opinion. I wish I had thought to take pictures before I finish my lunch.
I visited Cheeseburger Cheeseburger on 4/10/2022 and the food was exceptional! I’ve been seeking out an establishment with a great Turkey Burger and this restaurant didn’t disappoint.It was tasty, juicy and well prepared and you can chose from an array of menu side options (i.e.) fried mushrooms, onion rings and seasoned fries etc.I loved the service at this place! The manager came over to inquire did we enjoy the Turkey Burger & the answer was absolutely YES! It’s a dying art now days to receive friendly service where the manager engages with guests about the service and your experience.Moving forward I’ll be visiting on a regular basis.I highly recommend this place and what an Awesome Experience!
Went to lunch with my daughter and granddaughter about 11:50 Only a couple of people were in there . The girl that took our order was friendly but didn't know details of menu. My burger was precooked very dry I got the western, fries were cold not fresh. My daughter got the breakfast burger it tasted like it was cooked in microwave and the egg was cooked well not runny. Everything was allacart 50.00 for three at lunch was a little steep for that quality.
Food is pretty decent from what i remember, but definitely call ahead before driving over as they were closed during lunch due to short staffing, other than that the lady on the phone was real nice.

Pretty let down with our experience this time. When we moved away this was the burger place to go. We recently came home and wanted the great burger we remembered and was greatly disappointed. Burger was hard dry and tasteless. We will give them one more redemption shot in the future otherwise we will go somewhere else.
Not like it used to be. You have to order at the counter now. The toppings that used to be free aren’t free anymore. No more customizing amazing burgers for the same price as a regular burger. If you’re just coming for burgers and not shakes, there are better options in Dothan.

Service was o.k. Never asked if I needed anything else after I got my food. Onion rings were not fully cooked. Burger was awesome though
