To much commotion going from the employees. Took about 5 minutes before a cashier came to take orders. Drive through was pretty busy but employees appeared to be cutting up with one particular vehicle.
Worst experience I have ever had! Young girls clowning and showing favoritism to other customers! The couple in front of me got thier order within 10 minutes but it took 31 for mine! The couple behind me got a refund and the staff cursed them out!
The service was okay. But the food was horrible! It took forever for us to get it. The unsweetened tea was sour. We will not be going back to this location!
Scoring this Captain D’s with 2 F’a and a D , for fast , friendly and delicious. The 2 associates were so sweet and the food was cooked fresh and tasted delicious.

Absolutely horrible service. Terrible attitudes by the evening cashier they took the time to not only have a bad attitude they got the order wrong and took Neary 20 mins in the drive through donot go to this caption ds .HORRIBLE
I’ve missed Captain D’s as the one near me in VA has closed down, I was happy to be able to get this while visiting. Everything was hot and tasted pretty good. Customer service was good as well.

Wasn't overly impressed. Capt Ds has always been good practically priced seafood. Fook was OK but practicality seems to be going out the menu. Actually ate at Red Lobster on lunch menu fir SAME PRICE.Captain D's vs Red Lobster at lunch.... yea, no question where I'm going.
