I unfortunately have been here 5-6 times in the past 6 months and haven’t had a good basket of wings once. It’s truly unfortunate. We have had a good waitress every time, but the wings are over fried and too crunchy. Next time I’m going to ask for them to not fry them as long. Beef o Bradys has this same issue.
Was my 1st time stopping in, but sure won’t be a 2nt time.Was uncomfortable the whole time we was there. They had these people a couple seat from us that kept looking over us like,”can we eat in peace please?” And the person that served us seem like she didn’t wanna serve us. She gave us our bill before we was even finish with our drinks. What happen to “would you like anything else?” I sure was about to order more stuffs but she sure made me change my mind.How ever the person that took brought out the food for us was super friendly and very professional.
Wait staff was very good. Food was great. Drove 60 miles because my son wanted to go here for his graduation lunch. Which was delayed due to our move.
Food was great, we got our appetizers pretty quick and our main plates quick as well. Waiter was friendly and very helpful, would definitely recommend and come again to this location.
Food was great. Service was very good, she was just stretched too thin to handle lunch service alone. I would go back but possibly not for lunch on a business day.
The last 3 times I've ordered take out from Buffalo Wild Wings, they have forgotten to add items I've ordered. This time was the worst so far. We ordered 6 wine with a regular fry, 10 wings with regular fry and 2 kids boneless wings with fries and out of all that recieved only one order of fries meant for one of the kids meals. On top of that they forgot to put the sauces on either the side or actually on the wings for 2 of the orders. Definitely will not order from here again. Kitchen seems incompetent.
Ordered ahead and order wasn't ready at the time the app stated it would be. Once I received my order it was missing an item so that caused an additional wait. One staff member was nice - the other was rude and insisted that the missing item was never ordered and didn't apologize when she realized that she was wrong. The chopped cobb salad was excellent.
Photo that looks like they ran out of chicken and condiments is what I have gotten at BWW in Dothan the times I have ordered street tacos. The other pic is what they look like at every other BWW I have gone to from NH to GA. It must be my luck that BWW in Dothan runs out of everything the days I go and I'm the one who gets the leftovers and that's why I get one street taco made into three. They were even nice enough to put extra parsley trying to fill the void. Lol Extra flour tortilla anyone? ?
Wings and Mac and cheese was good. It was very busy. If you order take out do it ahead of time bc it takes a long time to get your food. Service was good. I recommend going
The prices are RIDICULOUS. I went to order off the lunch menu and the burger combo was average price around $11...I forgot to look at the time though because it was just after 2 o'clock and the same burger combo nearly doubles in price for no reason whatsoever. In fact they don't even offer a combo after 2, you can still buy everything that exists on the lunch menu but you have to buy the burger, drink and side all separately which is just highway robbery. I don't like that business practice at all, to anyone reading this Chili's is just down the street and offers almost everything that Wild Wings does at a much lower price. Wild Wings is crazy if they thing their competition charges $20+ for a burger, drink, and side...we all understand that inflation exists but at a certain point inflation just becomes an excuse for greed.
