Came for breakfast. Not bad, just 1 single person was running register to take orders & bag orders to hand off to customers so my order took longer than it should have to get in my hands when there were 4 or 5 people in the window & back area. Food was yummy & hot though & place was clean so I can over look a little bit of a wait.

Just like the other Fried chicken places. Just this one comes with a little more seasoning on the fries ?

Good service and food. Went to get just chicken and it was only $2 more to get all the sides and a tea. Check and compare the price.

Excellent food and service. They were very busy, drive thru was backed up but seamlessly moving!!! Great job!!

Fast service even with a limited staff. Excellent biscuits ?

I was so disappointed. Bojangles is my favorite chicken place and they were out of the spicy chicken. The chicken, dirty rice, and the french fries were cold. I was with a friend who had never been to a Bojangles before and I was embarrassed because of all the building up I'd done before getting there.

Leaves much to be desired. Staff was having loud conversation about having her hair pulled during spicy time and when told they could be heard up front by another staff member the girl said she didn't care and carried on the conversation. The food was mediocre and not fresh.

Chicken strips are Getting smaller and smaller and my sauce is wrong but other then that it was literally a lunch snack so expecting wasn't high.

Roaches! This place has roaches. We were traveling through Dothan, and stopped for food at this location on Sunday, March 13. Ordered and paid for our food. After the food was paid for, we saw a baby roach crawling on the counter between the register and the prepared food. We said to the cashier that there is a roach crawling on the counter. She shrugged her shoulders, didn't appear surprised at all, and brushed the roach to the floor. At that point, we asked to cancel the order and refund our money. The manager walked over and she told the manager that we canceled our order because we saw a roach on the counter. The manager didn't appear surprised either, and didn't say anything to us, no apology, and no acknowledgement that this was an awful look for their restaurant. The manager should have quietly thanked us for not causing a scene telling the customers in line behind us about the roaches. They did cancel the order and refunded our money. While that was happening, we saw 2 more baby roaches crawling in the same area on the counter. This area was right next to the prepared food, so I can imagine there were others crawling on the food. I can imagine how many were crawling in the kitchen in the food prep area! According to Google, baby cockroaches are about as bad a sign as you can find. Finding a big brown adult cockroach could mean you've just caught one lonely wanderer. Finding baby roaches signals that, at the very least, there are a few adults nearby and they're ready to reproduce again, and again. Baby roaches – in kitchens or bathrooms – are usually an indication of a German cockroach infestation. Based on the reaction of the cashier and manager, this was no big deal to them. To top it off, there was a Health Inspection Report displayed that had this restaurant rated at a 92A. It would be nice to know who the Inspector is and when it was inspected.
