I was at Bella's on Saturday night 7/9/22. I was with a group of people we was our friend it was her birthday everybody their food it took about hour wate when we go the food the potatoes was cold the salmon was over cook ant vegetables tasted ok but was soggy. Will not recommend it to know one.
The Service was excellent. Sarah is an outstanding server and does her best to make sure you are taken care of.However, the food was very disappointing so salty you can't even tell what it tastes like. The atmosphere is loud so don't expect to hear your date. And evidently their filtering system in the kitchen is not working because it was so smokey throughout the whole restaurant. Also they were out of many items on their menu, one of which was the Creme Brule. I took my wife there for our 17th Wedding Anniversary and we ordered mussels in white sauce for appetizer and it also was so salty. My wife had the salmon that was not only too salty but also too hard to chew. I ordered the Ahi Tuna Rare and couldn't even taste it for the salt.Had it not been for the excellent service we received from Sarah it would've been a total flop. I absolutely will not be returning too Bella's for dinner.
Me and my girlfriend had the best experience. Cody our waiter was great he help us and gave us the best experience and tour of the building we can’t wait to go again thank u so much for a great experience Cody
Okay let's Talk. The waiter was absolutely wonderful. The food when it finally came after an 1hour and a half to 2 hour wait ..was divine & delicious. I love the scenery. But I think next time I would rather just order take out..
My wife and I went out for a date night here and our experience was ok. The atmosphere was very nice but the service was rather slow. Once we were seated it took about 20 minutes to get any service. The mixed drink menu was a little over priced because they were all really basic nothing too unique. The food came out in good timing once we placed our order. Unfortunately, my food was extremely salty so I only had a little bit. My wife's salmon was done well and tasted good. Overall, I rate Bella's 3 out 5 because it is a high end restaurant for Dothan but it was missing a few things on service and food quality. There was a large wedding going on which could have influenced the service.
It is always a great dining experience when we get the opportunity to enjoy Bellas… Their staff is excellent at making it an enjoyable evening… If you’ve never had the tour of the old J C Penny building I highly recommend that you ask your server… The building has great historical facts and architecture…
For my Birthday Bella's absolutely made it special. The food was AMAZING and so was the atmosphere. The piano playing in the background was just the right touch. Richard was our Service Attendant for the evening and his knowledge of the menue selections were notable. It was a memorable Birthday

I can say the waitress was very friendly and efficient. We were enjoying the atmosphere, and the service until our 2 medium rare steaks came out well done. We politely sent them back, only to have the manager bring oursteaks back to the table and tell us the middle of the steak was medium rare. The edges are always well done she said. The center was cold. Who cuts the steak in half and eats from the middle? This manager needs to learn to try to be gracious to the guest. Not try to give us cooking lessons. We know steaks, and how they are cooked.Aweful experience.
There’s just no other place like Bella’s. The food is delicious with a beautiful presentation and the atmosphere makes you feel like you are totally away from the ordinary. Robin really knows how to bring it all together to make you have and exquisite dining experience. Dan and I have been there several times but this past week I took just some ladies to celebrate a birthday and we all enjoyed our self with crème brûlée, and salted caramel cheesecake. So delightful and delicious.
