Dirty, super slow, overpriced, feels like 1998, just plain gross. Food super mediocre. Wouldn’t stop here again
Didn't have any unsweet tea made & wasn't guna mk any either, my family & I wasn't greeted as we walked in & the restaurant was dirty
I enjoy eating arbys. This location is easy to get in and out of. Good parking and Handicapped accessible. The drive thru can move fast or slow depending on the time of day. You don't have to wait long to place your order. It is kept very clean inside and out. I usually never have any problems at this location, occasionally I get something wrong or missing out of my order. The food is always fresh and good even if it isnt what I ordered. The staff are not overly friendly but not rude either. They honor most coupons whether it is a paper coupon or from the app. Their website is very user friendly. It is conveniently located next to a walmart and several shopping centers.
The people at this Arby's are always so nice. I don't know Why its so different but they are so much better than the one on main Street. I always feel welcomed. Great job!
We stopped for food and Angel took our order. After I asked how she was she rolled her eyes, I knew she was definitely the employee of the month.The rest of the staff was really nice, but when she threw our cup down and literally continued to sigh and roll her eyes I had to leave a review. She did this to every single person who ordered.
They were quick efficient and had no problem with discounts. I was very honored another lady working in there came to the window after they had seen my credentials and thanked me for my services. They were very friendly and we had no order issues at all :)
Food was great, but dining room was fifthy. They had a bucket of water on garbage can for u to clean ur on table. A customer got up n cleaned me a table. I am handicapped n had my cane n my drink, so he got up n cleaned my table. I thought he was employed n was on a break but no he was a customer.
Always love this location! Super friendly staff. Fast service, food is always on point and Hot and fresh. Great location, very convenient because it's next door to Walmart. Very easy to get into and out of. Highly recommend.
I order a roast beef sandwich with cheese. Which I had to go back to the restaurant wait in line. As to why ordering the drive through orders aren't complete. Thank goodness zi checked before I left the area if not I would've had to drive 7 miles. Some training needs to be a focus for the associates to insure customers orders are correct
