I went in today to bum their wifi and play a star wars game and seriously like eleven hundred teenagers all came in at once and it was busy af. It was chill tho.One time about 2 years ago I came here tho and the manager yelled at me for talking to the cashier too much. It was some bs.

I ordered 2 biggie bags. The sweet tea was soured and the fries were hard as a rock. They had obviously been under a heat lamp for quite some time. I won't be going back.

Extremely rude staff cashier was super rude, he acted like we were a problem when I simply ordered two large fries. Then walked out of the restaurant then manger starts cussing at the employees this place is awful. Now I understand why the employee had such a bad attitude. Just avoid McDonald’s next door offered great service

Our order taker/cashier was excellent. She was good at making small talk which made our wait seem not so long. Keep it up!

Bad service with kids playing at the register. Wasn't even given the burger I ordered. What I was given was a sloppy cheese burger with just ketchup on it. Look like kids meal burger. Didn't get a receipt because they said the receipt paper was out at the time. Stopped going to McDonald's in 2019 and considering letting Wendy's go.

It's been a long time since I actually had good service at a Wendy's. First off, to find one that has the doors open is a rarity. The drive thru is so bad, which is so crazy seeing as how the lobby is always closed. If you can't open your doors, at least do a good job in the drive thru. My guess is that most Wendy's will close in the next year or so, because people will choose to go to a place that actually has customer service.

The person taking the order and handling the cash? should not put their finger☝ in the cup they are about to fill with pop?. That happened, poor thing had allergies too so they were sniffling ?. The cashier had to put my order together by themselves. Although 4 other workers were present. I give ??? stars due to the money to food handling, and cup contamination, not too bad but not good and not great

Food was kinda cold but they were busy so I'll give them that. The gentleman working the register was friendly and energetic. The type of guy anyone wound want doing customer service. Props to him. (Kung Fu fighting) you know who you are. Thanks from Michigan.

Literally every time we come here we have issues. Today, there were no salads and every drink was unavailable. I had to order lemonade to give to my kids just so it wouldn't be a waste. The wait was 17 minutes for 2 burgers! The fries were throw aways, and the burgers were under cooked. Also, they refuse to scan Wendys rewards here!

I just spent 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru to be told that they weren't taking any orders. This drive-thru is closed off from exiting. The car at the front of the line waited 10 minutes to get their food which I guess was the last car that could have their order taken. I asked the manager if she was going to put a sign out to stop the giant long line of cars from having to wait through the drive-thru to find out these details. She gave me attitude and told me she didn't have time.
