I love Taco Bells chicken supre.e chalupa. We order the 12 pack Tacos and a couple of crunch wraps for my parents. The food is yummy.
Very rude people. If the lobby is closed then take that sign off the front. When did yall stop serving breakfast and why lol. Lady sitting in her car smoking had a attitude with me after I tried to enter the store like there uber instructions clearly asked me to. Will not be back if I can help it.
Friendly employees, fresh and Hot food, didn't mind the wait seeing as everyone is short handed
This location never has there lobby open, slow service and always under staffed. Wait time in the drive through is half an hour or more.
Dinning room is not open even though app says it is. Food was out of temperature, cold.
Went today and had to go through the drive thru that was fine took my order and the repeat it back to me and I said yes my order was correct she tells me my total and I pulled up the window and got my order and before I leave I always check it so I had to go back though the drive thru cause there was a few things Missing so the manager that is working there as an attitude with me telling me that I didn't order that and she reading off what I ordered and she reading off what she said that I didn't order and makes me repay for what I done paid for. That it's worng of how I was done
I had to go through the drive thru, totally fine with that. However, when I tell you up front I have more than one order and you tell me your max is 2 per customer, expect me to have larger orders. I did attempt to go inside, doors were locked. The person that took my money was irritated when I asked for a receipt-I combined orders and needed to know what everyone owed. I was given a receipt but, it wasn't mine and the guy left the window before I even got my arm back in my car. I waited for a couple of minutes but, there was a line behind me and I didn't want to hold them up any more than they already were. I also didn't get the correct food.....again, the guy left the window. Do better people. If you hate your job that much, find another one and close that location. We can find somewhere else to get food.
Done tried calling twice my order is totally wrong. Didn't get my cinnamon twist or my 2 soft tacos supreme. Gave me a hard shell taco for my chulupa combo after it specifically says soft supreme which means I was charged and didn't get should of had 3 cheesy roll ups cinnamon twist chulupa combo with soft taco supreme and I asked for 3 soft taco supreme combo and I didn't get mine. I got one taco supreme. When I looked at my receipt they rung me up for a burrito supreme which that wasn't even in the bag. And the chulupa shells were hard and over cooked. Not happy and I am hungry. That was to feed a family of 3 and yet the one that paid and was over charged got 1 taco. Want be going back. And I go there at least 3 times a week if not more.
The tacos was horrible my order wasn't complete. Called to let them know they hung up the phone and never answer the phone period after serval tries. I have one solution Make your own tacos at home. Because what you play for a Taco here no filling they didn't fill it at all I wish I would have keep the picture.next time I will.. Don't bother about eating at this location they are Lazy
If your going to advertise on your drive through windows that you are open at 7am, then open at 7am. You're wasting potential customers time. Same goes for your dining doors. Least clean taco bell inDecatur
