Stopped here after getting fuel to get some food. Attempted to order the 3 taco regular meal with no lettuce and extra cheese, two soft tacos with no lettuce, and a chicken quesadilla meal with no sauce with another soft taco with no lettuce. However, after ordering the the first part of the order (the number 1) the person taking the order just gave me the total. I said I wasn't finished with the order but the speaker was silent and didn't reply. Pulled up to the window and explained that the order wasn't finished and I needed to add to it, they were not happy about this and argued with me saying they asked if that was the end of the order and I said yes (they did not) and instead of just taking the rest of my order they continued to argue for a couple of minutes. They eventually took the rest of the order and brought us the food which was incorrect.. the crunchy tacos were Supreme and the soft taco with the quesadilla was crunchy with lettuce. I explained to them the errors which caused more grumbling and eventually the general manager came to the window extremely mad and yelling out the window that the tacos didn't have lettuce on them so what's the problem? My wife told him they are supreme, not regular and he got even more mad. Remade the tacos and thrusted them out the window. The soft taco was never corrected. Horrible customer service.
I have tried to eat here three times. The first time the food was cold. Which this is fast food I understand that. The last two times, I have told them hey, I have pretty bad allergies please watch my order. The last time I didn't catch it. I had to go to the ER. Tonight, I checked my order. Full of everything I am allergic to. I am so glad I checked this time. I didn't ask for anything special. Just to remove items I'm allergic too. You can’t really just take off sour cream. Reported to Corporate this time. Your gonna end up hurting someone really bad not paying attention to their health needs.
Not sure who made my lunch today! Props to them, they did a fantastic job on my burritos. My food was hot and the service was fast and friendly! Thank you!
Went through drive through and got my food and was going to check it at window but I pulled up out of the way so I wouldn't be holding up the line and I was missing some of my order so I drove around to let them know that I had something missing out of my order and the manager was standing at window and said can we help you with a awful attitude and I told him what I had missing out of my order and he didn't apologize he just said next time I need you to stop at the board next time ok and I was stunned that him being the manager was talking to customers that way. He needs to know that his customers are the ones that keep business going for him to get paid.
So happy the Mexican pizza is back; would be better if they didn’t slap it together. Needs a little more sauciness.
Terrible service. I placed a mobile order. When I got there to pick it up, they said they never received the order. The store manager, bald guy with glasses, is the worst. He told me he never received my order. I showed him the order summary with the details, but he denied about the order and blamed me it was my responsibility to call Taco Bell to fix it. Worst service!!!
Received food quickly. The food tasted good. The staff were very polite.

Check your order before you leave, if they get it wrong, too bad. Also, they happened to run out of 'lots of menu items' when I came.
Horrible staff.. gm Mike is worthless. Went through drive thru, order screwed up, went BACK through for staff to take food back through the drive thru window and re heat same order.. without checking cameras, the GM Mike called me liar and refused to do anything or even check the cameras. So congrats Taco Bell got $13.37 out of me for food I couldn’t eat and they refused to replace.
