Long hair with a durag Man put extra meat and cheese on my sandwich, didn’t tell me, then charged me $13 for just the sandwich
I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!!! HORRIBLE, RUDE SERVICE, ESPECIALLY FROM THE LONG HAIR BEHIND THE COUNTER WITH HIS AIRPODS IN HIS EARS. THIS IS THE 2nd TIME IVE CAME TO DELIVER AN UBER EATS ORDER AND THEY TELL IT ISNT AN ORDER THERE. THEN HE WALKED OFF IMMEDIATELY NOT TRYING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE LIKE IT WASNT HIS PROBLEM. HE WENT ON TO OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT WALKED IN AFTER AND MADE THEIR ORDER. THE ORDER SHORT HAIR MAN CAME UP FRONT AND HE IGNORED ALONG WITH HIS LONG HAIRED FRIEND AND THE CUSTOMER WERE EVEN ASKING ME WERE THEY IN MY WAY BECAUSE I CONTINUED TO STAND THERE THINKING SOMEONE WOULD HELP AND THEY CONTINUED TO IGNORE. DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION CHOOSE ANY OTHER ONE. HIS HAIR WAS DOWN AND IS PROBABLY ALL IN YOUR FOOD. NO ONE WASHED THEIR HANDS. AND THE CUSTOMER WHOS ORDER I WAS PICKING UP SAID SHE CALLED THEM AND THEIR PHONE WAS BUSY EVERYTIME SHE CALLED AND THE PHONE DIDNT RING ONE TIME IN MY PRESENCE. I WAS SO ANGRY THAT I COULDNT DELIVER MY CUSTOMER HER MEAL. AND FROM SUCH DISGUSTING, RUDE, UNSANITARY EMPLOYEES. Close it down!!!!!
Loved trying the Italian B.M.T. Footlong Sub for my taste & wanted to use my $2 rewards from my app before it expires next week.
We recently went too subway inside of Walmart and was over charged. We got one foot long a basic sandwich with only bacon cheese turkey lettuce with Mayo and that’s it which came out too 15 and when we mention it’s normally 10 he said no .. I will not be going back here
Horrible service. They kept asking did we want extra this or that and only put very little on the sub after saying no extras. They didn't wrap the sandwiches good at all. They all came apart. They were very rude. I will never go back.
Took family in but after watching employees not washing hands after handling money, touching food items without gloves (knives, sandwich paper, and laughing when pointing it out, we won't be back.
Small portions rude dude on earphones wasn’t hearing me order had to tell him over and over again about what I wanted. Got home and had his hair in my wrap. Call him about and he told me no refunds and not going to fix my wrap over again. And he charge me a extra $4.00. The day was February 19th 2021 at 10:10am
Poor service, very rude employees, acting like they could not speak English while talking to each other in Spanish making derogatory remarks and being stupid. I will never go there again
Called to cancel a mobile order because I needed to set the time for it to be ready a couple hours later. He said “oh okay” and hung up. Assuming they canceled but they never did. Tried to call back and it rang and rang. So guess who gets to pick up two sandwiches that’s been sitting out for hours because they’re already paid for?
They had flies flying around the food and landing on it.
