Took forever to get our food after it said it was being brought out. Didn't being every thing together. Food was cold as well.

This location was great I had an issue with some kids hanging out bouncing around a basketball which hit our vehicle. The management quickly resolved the issue. I will never return to the 6th Ave. Location as it was unclean and the staff was completely rude as I am hard of hearing and the employee taking my order screams at me and said I don't have to yell. But he asked me to speak up. Going forward I will only visit the Danville road location.
Order wrong. (Received fries instead of tots with one of two meals ordered), fries cold and tough, did not receive sauces ordered. Cold chicken sandwiches. Thank goodness e keep a small supply of napkins in the car. Pretty much everything wrong. My recommendation is to STAY AWAY from this Sonic location.

This place has gotten a Lil better compared to how horrible it was some months ago but still some improvement is needed the food was ok the debit machine didn't work my chocolate blast was extremely runny but other than that it was horrible
Fast friendly service with the correct order the first time. Also in my personal opinion the best and my favorite place for cheesy tots.
Came in today and ordered a large water with blue raspberry, lemons and strawberry. Waited for 32 minutes to receive my drink in hand. 12 of those minutes were spent waiting for someone to answer the red button. When I finally got my drink the girl was very nice clearly overwhelmed but nice. My drink tasted like water with unsqueezed lemon that was slightly tinted blue. Cannot taste the strawberries or the blue Raspberry flavoring. Will not be coming back here if they cannot handle a simple flavored water drink.
So this is the second time I've not gotten my order at all. The first time I waited 20 minutes for a large ice water that never came, and then my mother and I waited over 10 minutes for 2 chicken slinger combos that never came. Neither time has the restaurant been exceptionally busy. I know there have been food and labor shortages, but this is a bit ridiculous. I really hope their customer service improves for future customers.
Today I visited Sonic drive through and was highly irritated. First, I sat there 15 minutes without someone saying anything. As soon as a car pulls up beside me, I pushed the button again and wait. And after all that, my double bacon quarter pounder cheeseburger was cold; the cheese wasn't even melted. I ordered a large tater tot and they were also cold before I left the parking lot. The only things warm, were the corn dogs. This was my favorite spot.?
