This store just doesn't clearly care about customer service, as of the last two times visiting this store I was highly unsatisfied. Got my order which was all wrong returned to the store and ask to speak to a manager, instead I was given a remake of my order which was cold, oh and I never spoke to the manager, he came outside and sit to smoke his cigarette.
0 stars. My wife used a half price coupon on App to order large shake.Go to pick it up and checked in like normal.They waited 25 minutes to come and tell me shake machine broke down and they could not fill the order!!!
All American drive in eatery with hundreds of thousands of drink combinations. Ocean water and Cherry Limeade for the win, always ready for RT44 and don't forget half price drinks if you order in the app.
Need to Turn OFF outside lights instead of leavimg them on and not taking orders near closing. But good folks

Sonic has the absolute best iced coffee, period. It's so creamy and delicious. I also love their desserts/ice cream. My only complaint is the wait time. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. I know covid has everyone short handed but I waited stupidly for like 45 minutes at least. The food is great, the servers are kind and I feel bad for them . I'm sure they are over worked and under paid.
Loved trying the Big Dill Cheeseburger with fries, Powerade drink, & Brownie Batter Master Shake for my taste & it was good for my experience after a big day at work.
This location everyone is completely incompetent!My order after waiting 25mins was wrong and cold. They are always out of items and their ice cream machine is always broken.The staff are extremely rude. This location needs an overhaul! New management, staff, training, everything! I will never go back to this location again.
Ordered through drive thru and apparently they don't know how to make a redbull cream slush. I repeated the order (with emphasis on cream) and confirmed what I paid/asked for when she gave it to me. I only kept it because it was already a wait both placing and receiving the order (just the slush) and I was in a rush.
I don't usually put up reviews but I used to go too this sonic awhile back and never had a problem but as of lately it's been terrible, recently got a lime slush and it tastes like I'm drinking strait lime concentrate, honestly just go too the other sonic in town
