Under staffed i am a cook i applied and no call now Father's Day a cook that show up for work is a good cook. Bad business employment is bringing down the business hopefully not the business it's a shame I love Red lobster. This is the Red lobster in Decatur Alabama. I'm unemployed and I'm willing to learn how to cook to keep Red lobster here in Decatur Alabama just give me a call.✌️
Was seated promptly. Waited over 30 minutes with absolutely no contact from wait staff. Not because they were busy. Was more staff than customers but they were all busy standing around Not waiting on patrons. Will not be back!! If you want to go out for dinner, go anywhere but Red Lobster in Decatur AL.
Lobsters lovers dream was delicious as always with a fresh Caesar salad.
Our food was great. I had ordered the crab legs which are very pricey/expensive at the moment but still delicious. Service was good and food arrived at table in sensible amount of time. No long waits from the time we entered until we left on everything.
I been calling since Mother's Day about my refund. I talked to Christen and Brittany. Brittany told me my money would go back on my card.. I did a carry out order and they forgot my bacon wrapped scallops and the creamy lobster off my baked potato ?

Spent $30 here tonight and I must say this place has really gone down since my last visit a few months ago. Short staff first off …. Then ordered and was told no fish of any kind was available!!! No fish in a red lobster!! None. !! Ordered a Cesar salad as a side and when it came out it was a Cesar salad with ranch dressing !! Come on really ??? Wanted fish but not here tonight so I ordered a steak it was very well cooked and seasoned but my baked potato was under cooked and hard inside. Not what I expected from this restaurant at all.
I was so disappointed. We had some missing things off our meals, that was corrected. Sweet tea was replaced on error with soda. I could not even eatvmy avocado, since it wasn't ripened. They ran out of straws, then found a box. It will be a while before income back.
We really enjoyed our meal. I realize that most places are short on workers but the service was good. This is my favorite Redlobster because the food is really the best I like the open table option because We live an hour away and when I get on the road I put my name on the list!
The entire restaurant was empty. The restaurant didn't open until 3:30pm due to very low staffing. But, the serve was good, we had a party of 9. We were the only customers in the entire restaurant, for about 1 1/2hrs. Never experienced a restaurant all to myself
