There's a reason they say "love that chicken from Popeyes". I've never been to Popeyes and not have that feeling. It's crispy, juicy and always delicious.
Never have I ever been told “I’m not allowed” when I’m attempting to order food. I’m from out of state, went to this location to get food for my Gparents. I asked for 3 mild wings they replied with they’re not serving wings so I asked for legs I was told “I’m not allowed to do that until we sell all these breasts” I replied fine just give me 2-3pc tender meals give me a frozen strawberry lemonade.I was told they were out. Fast forward to a couple of days later again going for Gparents I ordered 2 mild legs They replied “I’m not allowed to do that until my truck comes in but I can give you leg and thigh leg and a wing” so I said fine give me a leg and a wing. This is the absolute worst location I’ve ever been to and I’ve informed my Gparents I will not be returning for the duration of my stay.
I eat here 2 to 3 times a week until now ordered off the app and payed on the app just to get there and them tell me they no longer have the shrimp and that they couldn't replace it with anything nor get a ruturn very rude and unprofessional staff never will i return!!!!
Ordered my food on the Popeyes app, waited in line for 35 mins. I tell them I have a mobile order and give them my name, the lady tells me somebody just came through and picked up my order. HOW?!?!…she tells me to drive around and they will remake it. I get to the window and the manager tells them they can’t remake my food, after waiting in line for 35 minutes and I have the online receipt on my phone in my hand!!! It would of taken NO time just to remake my simple order! I had to call customer support to get a refund. I am so disappointed and upset. Terrible manager! Manager needs to be fired for horrible customer service !
Very rude, very unprofessional, and very impatient. Customer service is key in any buisness and this place did not perform. Unbelievable slow service and drive through is a joke.
Got here 15 mins before close they said kitchen closes at 9pm and they only had sides left. Seems like the management is a complete joke and owner is letting his business slip.
my chicken sandwich was like rubber.... staff was nice but the food wasn't great
That white chicken is so bland and nasty. Their ghetto district manager needs to be fired. I called them on Easter with a complaint and she said she saw it but nobody else complained so there is nothing they can do. DISGUSTING. DON'T EAT THERE
If i could give no stars i would.I just stopped to get something to eat at this Popeye's. I drive a semi truck so I walked to the door & they told me drive thru only. I informed them I was in a semi & told me to walk through the drive thru. I did that once before & a lady on her phone ran into the back of my leg so that'll never happen again. Seems they would have a little compassion for truck drivers.
Well Popeyes is phenomenal but they will leave out an item here and there. I guess this happens across the board but I seem unlucky when I try Popeyes...
