Online order was quick. Delivery was fast, and driver was very friendly.
Paid for drinks that I never received. This is why I despise tipping before I get my food. Settle for one star instead of my refund
Two stars oy because the people were nice. I bought my order online. I didn't mind it taking extra long to get, but I didn't get all the stuff I asked for. Twice I had to ask for stuff I was missing tonget to the hotel and find I was still missing the extra dip I paid for. But the worst part..... both my husband and I got really really bad food poisoning from this place. No other pizza hut has ever gotten us sick, especially not violently ill.
This is the only Pizza Hut in Decatur there should be no zone restrictions to where they can deliver. Terrible service!!!!!
Great employees, great food. I got two pizzas cooked from scratch in 13 minutes. Awesome service !!!!!!!!!
I ordered two pizzas and some wings to be delivered at 6pm for the Super Bowl, I even ordered it early and had it scheduled so it would arrive on time but what I got was a surprise delivery of I don’t know when because the delivery person just dropped it off. There wasn’t a text, email or even a knock at the door. I went out there at a little past 6 to see if it was delivered and it was but it was ice cold. To top it off one of my pizzas looks like it was halfway completed, with no sauce or cheese. As much as I love Pizza Hut I will not be ordering from here again.
Worst service i have ever had today. It was an hour before calling just to have them tell me it would be another 20 minutes before they started delivering something to me. This is unacceptable. If they have too few people then they need to give them raises and make some more hires. This is absolutely ridiculous. You are in the middle of a big city, you need to be prepared to handle big city orders.
I have eaten many times, and this time the crust was very dry and tasteless. Either the crust recipe was changed, or it was made wrong.
Your location on Beltline Road in Decatur Alabama honestly needs to improve several aspects of their operation before I can recommend them to anyone else.1--- Speed. It took over an hour to receive a delivery of 1 pizza. (website "quoted" 35 minutes).2--- Quality. Our pizza was cold, the crust seemed like 2 days old, and the toppings were tossed on the pie as if by a child throwing them from an estimated 4 feet away.3--- Accuracy. Our pizza did not have the proper toppings or sauce request. My order was also incomplete; did not include the requested $1 extra chees shaker. (not worth calling the store to acquire).
The service was amazing! The man working the pickup window was very quick and pleasant. The food tasted great, and I love the value for the treat box.
