This is absolutely the worst Panda Express I have ever gotten food from. I ordered chicken lo mein and got chow mein. They are always out of egg roles. They do not deliver which is why they are called Panda Express. They are absolutely the worst
Very nice people work here, but they have no workers and no management is how It looks. I visit here four times a week and love the food.
Loved trying the Orange Chicken with Fried Rice & a drink & my friend had her lo mein with cheese wonton & a Coca Cola for our tastes of our experiences & it was good.
Extremely rude customer service. I went through the drive thru and the guy at the box sounded annoyed I was even there. I went at noon on a Tuesday so they weren’t that busy. The lady at the window was nice when she handed me the food but overall the tone was that they were annoyed to have to work.
Went in 2 hours before closing(plenty of time). Hardly any food out. The stuff that was Looked old. And when I asked for a sample, they said, “ we can’t because of Covid”. Stop this. Either be open or don’t. No one there was sick, we aren’t sick, this is not about Covid. It’s about saving money.
Not even one star. Staff closes before time it states online and actual business hours. I waited in drive thru for 30 minutes when it shouldn’t have taken that long. Once I got to the location to take my order it still took them 10 minutes to even acknowledge to take my order. I have never seen such service!
Didn't actually eat here. Went in to eat but they were out of most everything. What was left looked old. If they were closing I could understand but it was still daylight. One girl working while the others seemed to be standing around. Little or no supervision is all you can say.
Limited menu now. I love the walnut shrimp, just wish they give you more than 5. My chow mein and teriyaki chicken was cold ?
The 2 Stars are for the workers, the communication and personal service was good. However the management Sucks at this store! Panda was once a great pace to eat. Now it's not. VERY limited menu, no soy sauce? and the poor workers are told to blame it on "no truck delivery this week"?? That's funny, they say that every month. Please FIX the problem.
I waited 30 mins on my food!!!I ordered orange chicken and was told ten mins. I agreed to that...then i was asked to pull out front...i did so...while i was waiting i seen 5 cars leave with their food..the employee told me im reminding you that you have five mins on your fried rice...i said okay. After we waited 30 mins on our food..i called the store and spoke to the manager...she said im sorry you have a number on your tray i dont know why your food hasnt been taken out yet...she said im making it now!! Asked if i wanted another entree..i said no because indidnt want to wait longer...Almost 40 mins after i ordered my food i finally got it!! I eat here pretty often but its always im outa rice or im outa orange chicken...what?!?!...ive worked fast food before. Im 35 yrs old...i know what its like...so i didnt cuss or be mean to the manager but i wont be back..i shouldve got repaid for my meal...almost 40 mins wait. Come and they forgot my water too!!The kids making the food didnt know what they were doing and the manger was outside with a drill...cleaning the parking lot with a parking lot full of customers..!!!!I was nice to the boy who ran my food out!!My kids waited on me for a extra hour to be picked up on my day off...Next time ill just cook at home...
