Our server, Regan, was phenomenal! Definitely made the dinner experience- she definitely went above and beyond. I didn’t catch the managers name but he checked on us and even brought our meals to us- very polite and helpful!! Not to mention, all 6 of us got different meals and were not disappointed!! The food was the best that we had during our stay in Alabama, by far. I will be looking for another O’Charleys near PA!!
I have eaten at many a sit down restaurant where it feels like you have to ask for every little thing, even refills, but that was not the case here. Server Denyse was friendly, personable, and very attentive. She brought our little table of three about a dozen rolls and extra butter without even being requested. Later, another waiter brought out the soup I ordered to replace the side of fries with my burger. When the meal came though, they had accidentally prepared another bowl of soup, so they let us have it for free and my friend ate it. Everything served was hot, fresh, and delicious. Denyse even swapped some stories with us as I filled out the check. High recommend this O'Charley's!
We had a great evening at O’Charleys tonight. Denyse our server was excellent, super nice and joked around with us. My meal, the Cajun chicken pasta, was on point. My hubby and our buddy said the potato soup was great. They said their meals - the chicken fingers and a burger - were slightly overdone, but hey, i reckon you can’t have it all. We got hot fresh rolls that were delicious. So overall, thumbs up.
My husband & I dined @ the Decatur location tonight, awesome server Denyse. Placed carry out order, should’ve checked before leaving, had sliced chicken & peppers made for a sandwich, in my Cajun pasta, instead of cut up pieces, was not appetizing @ all, very disappointing indeed.
My family and I had a wonderful experience at O Charleys in Decatur Al. The manager was Rob and our server was Sierra. Rob visited our table several times. He was so kind and polite. Sierra was very attentive to each of us and the food was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed our visit and will be back very soon.
Service was awesome and food was exceptional. Brittany S.our server was great made sure we had all we needed with drinks, condiments, and food.Rob the manager came by our table twice to make sure everything was good and we didn’t need anything else.
Went to ocharleys got some chicken tenders with buffalo sauce on them bussing and fresh And my server was nice to her name was sierra

Jessie with the red hair and gages I absolutely loved her. She was attentive but didn't hover.she had a good vibe and made me,my husband, and son feel very welcomed. She even said hi to my infant daughter. The food was just right and so were my margaritas. Girl thank you so very much.
Our meal was on point..Reagan our server was wonderful. Ron the manager was very polite and friendly. The Rolls and Butter always a plus.
