Hands down the best customer service experience I've ever had at any McDonald's.
Just like any other one the ice cream machine is broken half the time and they close for the dumbest reasons sometimes and say their system went down. Food is alright Iv had a few bad experiences with that in the past there though.
Had to wait over 10 minutes for curbside order. Manager apologized... Said worker didn't drop the ? when she was told to. I had only ordered a Frappe and ? thinking it would be quick.
Girl in the window told me to "have a nice day" after I had asked for ketchup so I asked nicely again and she raised her voice and got an attitude and said "I'm GeTtInG iT" like girl, don't tell me bye then. If you're unhappy with your job just go be the lazy person you are at work, at home; away from the public. It's an absolute mystery as to why this place has 2 stars.

The morning people this morning and most mornings are extremely nice clean and professional if anything the only thing I have to say in a negative way is how the food is cooked and prepared because I never know how it's going to be like usually I get a scrambled egg and cheese McGriddle and the cheese barley covers the whole thing and my bacon on my other McGriddle sometimes might be crispy or might not that is the only complaint that I would have over all a decent place to go
I ordered a double cheeseburger with mayo only and they put so much on it that I couldn't even eat it, the chicken nuggets were really fresh and awesome but the burger was awful.
The order taker at the drive-thru window was great she saw away to make a combination for us which saved us some money. I really do appreciate that as my niece and I were traveling across country to Oklahoma I thank you so very much for all the help with our order
Order spicy chicken sandwich meal. I ask them to give hot fries, but they gave me cold burn fries I got it exchange and nothing new give same old burn fires. The manager as no customer service. He tell me that how new fries look like.
I work 5 minutes down the road and CAN NEVER get my food, always having to leave the drive thru due to it being WAY to slow every single day. Don't waste your time here even for a minute.
