Great place loved the food ive only gone at night though so i can't say anything about the other shifts
Went through drive-thru for an online order and was quick and courteous.
I wouldn’t have even gave 1 star on how I was jus treated by the manager named JORDAN !!! My child is allergic to tomato’s and this happens EVERY time I order from here , the papers and receipts are right but the burger is completely wrong .!. I was hung up on after he stated that he was the best manager smh . He needs to be flipping these burgers instead of being a manager . I’m so disappointed in this store on how I was just spoken to .
The McDonald's is good but the big Mac tasted kinda squished, but put all that aside really good.
I came in to order breakfast. First off rude and snobby workers! I ordered 15 biscuits and I was missing 2. I went back in and the manager was trying to tell me all 15 were in there. They would not recount the bag. If I wanted “Free” food then I wouldn’t had ordered 15, but come on now. Not everyone wants hand outs! I want what I ordered. If your not happy with your job then do better for yourself! Don’t take you not wanting to work on customers. Poor service!
Sat in morning g drive through never got to order after 10 minutes left had to return to work. If this place is open 24 hours you need new employees
Some of the staff here are amazing but that's only on the evening shift. Mornings are the worst here, slow service, rude employees. I try to only go in the evening.
This place used to be in my opinion one of the best places to eat but that was years ago. The last three times I have stopped in the morning I could not get service. This morning I was told they would start serving at 4. If you are not open 24 hours quit advertising that you are and turn the sign off. I only stop now every few months to remind myself why I quit.

I must brag on McDonald's on the Beltline and Danville, Rd. The last few times I have gone, I have received stellar customer service. I asked one girl if she used to work at Chick-fil-A. I complimented another girl and told her about how pleased I'd been lately with the service. She replied, "you know, we've moved to the suburbs." Lolol. My 6 nuggets and small fry were just delicious. All the others need to follow suit.
