When a customer sits in line for 15 plus minutes at the speaker and comments on wanting to place their order the proper response is not we are currently short on staff, or we are hiring if you're looking for a job. Some of us are door dashing for a job because we wouldn't be caught dead working for an establishment with such rude employees and slow paced employees especially when there is no one at the windows only cars at the speaker waiting to pick up or order!!
Awful drive threw was extremely rude and when I finally told her just cancel my order because of terrible attitude after she laughed and said ok there was a group at drive threw window including manager with her laughing
Yesterday got a coke instead of Dr pepper. Today the mobile app is not allowing you to up size. Drinks in the make a meal section. Plus the fries was cold today when I went. I want to buy a second drink they said go back in line. Then my burger would not be Luke warm and be cold to. To up everyone pay at McDonald's and still see poor quality in fresh food just sucks ?! Now my chicken deluxe sandwich was ok yesterday. But that's all I can give credit to.
Every time I get off in the morning(normally around 4-4:30am) and stop at this location without fail they always tell me the systems are down and they aren’t taking orders while I can hear them sitting there and laughing on the speaker. At first I thought ok maybe their systems are down but now that it has become a constant thing I feel as though every worker in there is lazy and doesn't want to do their job.
I got screamed at right when I pulled up. They didn't listen at all to what I wanted to order AND I asked for tomato and look what tf they gave me. Y'all lazy as hell.
This McDonald's on 6th Avenue is absolutely trash. From the quality of the food to the service. Each and every time I go there when I get off at midnight, it takes 20 minutes to even get my order. Then they have some guy with a speech impediment take orders! Out of the jobs he could have, that one might not be the best suited. Need to fire each and everyone one of the employees and start from scratch. Let the employees from the belting branch train them.
Every fast food chain that I have been to in the past 7years give or take a year, has turned into complete garbage they are allowing anybody to work there as long as you can use your hands and walk! Some of the most uneducated unworkable people are working at these restaurants and they are leaving the restaurant extremely nasty, being rude to customers workers hollering across the restaurant to one another! We were dining in and we just had to collect our food and leave
Food was cold. Asked for plain 1/4 pounder got fully dressed. Due to allergies could not eat. Latte was cold. Fries were stale. Not coming back. Too many McDonald’s that provide quality.
By far the worst fast food experience ever!! I am visiting here for a dance competition my daughter asked for McDonald’s before we had to go back to the competition I figured this would be a quick trip but it was not quick and resulted in wasting 30 mins or longer and I ended up leaving with no food at all. First, I ordered through the drive though window the lady didn’t greet me or respond back when I said thank you which always bothers me because I believe in being polite even if I’m the one receive the service. Well, she got my order wrong and I didn’t even realize it until I almost pulled off. So I went back to the store to tell them I got the wrong order. Some younger male was sitting in the lounge eating and greeted me when I walked in realizing that my order was wrong he yelled for someone to come to the counter. He was very pleasant and made the unanticipated trip in the store halfway enjoyable. There was a younger male that came to the counter and asked me did I pay with a card I said yes I had to go back to the car and get my wallet ( I wasn’t expecting to do that) because he said he would refund me the difference. He asked me what I ordered I told him then he asked if I wanted a receipt I said no thanks but he gave me one anyway and I looked at it and said you got the order wrong again he was like I know that’s the refund so I didn’t think anything of it. I stood there waiting for my food (correct order) to come and after about 30 mins of watching everyone walk by I asked how much longer it would be because I had my daughter in the car waiting for me which I thought would be a quick trip in and back. I heard the younger male tell the person “she didn’t order anything “ ( no eye contact with me) so the manger came over and said they said you didn’t order anything. So basically I stood there for no reason and why would I come back in the store just to get a refund and no get my correct order! Never in my life have I experienced the level of rudeness at a fast foods restaurant like I have here!
I came to the drive thru at 3am on Thursday 3/17/22 morning and only ordered a sprite, the man that took my order and cashed me out also fixed my drink. I just have one request please take care of that worker and please don't over work him, I'm not sure if he was the only crew member for that night but he looked as if he was working hard because he was covered in sweat and just looked exhausted. Thank you for your hard work❤️
