The pizza from the Decatur location was entirely to light! I also informed her that some of the toppings were to hard! I’m having to put it in the oven if I wanted to do that I could of ordered via Papa Murphy’s! Spoke with a so called manager that stated nothing was wrong with the order because she personally took the order out the oven herself! I told her if you took it out then you would of saw it was to light on the top! I also informed her she had a smart mouth! She stated she would add that in her report like we are in elementary school!

The pizza was running very late and I called Marcos to see what was happening. They explained to me that they had gotten behind for some reason but that I’d receive it very soon. I asked if I could have one free 20oz soda for the inconvenience and not only did they give me that, they refunded my money completely! They went above and beyond even though they didn’t need to. Everywhere is understaffed so I 100% understood that they were struggling therefore I was never mad at all, but still I was so pleasantly surprised at how nice they were to me! I love Marcos, my family and I always order from them and will continue to do so. Thank you! ❤️
I waited an hour and half on pizza and called the store twice. Waited outside for 30 min. No pizza. Manager offered to remake it and charge me for it. wanted me to wait another hour to receive it. really??? driver never called me. never drove bye my place. He or she didn't even try to deliver my pizza. I should of received a credit for poor delivery.
Best pizza in the area that's delivered. Very fast delivery too. We've only ordered from Marcos for the past 3 or 4 years and will continue to do so.
This is the BEST PIZZA I have eaten and they also have the BEST ingredients. Not liking the pizza bowl didn’t have much in the bowl and it was Very SALTY!
Easily some of the best pizza in Decatur, personally, hard to beat. Would 100% recommend trying if anyone hasn't yet.
My son and I just finished filling up on the specialty pizza (Hawaiian) and 2 topping (pepperoni and old world pepperoni) we had delivered tonight from the only Marco's I am 100% certain I will ALWAYS be more than satisfied eating at and am, once again, COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY HAPPY!!!Not only was our pizza FABULOUSLY topped and delicious, but the delivery guy was incredibly fast and super friendly and courteous! (I tip in cash so his service was not based off tip from my card purchase! That says A LOT!!!)Idk about other Marcos franchises, but this one will ALWAYS have my heart (and stomach)!Whether I order and pick it up myself or have to go with delivery, I have nothing but high praise for every individual employee I've ever met there and they truly deserve it!I had only one issue in the past with them that was not even their fault, but my own as a mistake I made when ordering online, yet they graciously fixed it at their expense and, honestly, it meant a lot to me!
